Some staff at front desk were very nice, but one lady was rude and not nice to work with. I booked 2 rooms due to big family size. In one room the situation was nice, but the other room was next door to a couple that talked very loudly until 2:15 AM. Very frustrating and marijuana smell was leaking into our room from somewhere. Not a nice night in this room by any measure.

Proper standard hotel. We are on a roadtrip and has all the amenenties needed without bells and whistles. If you need a good night sleep and a shower, perfect place to stay. Also close to multiple food and shopping centers.

Decent hotel, but generic hair wash products and shower gels. Ours were also empty and when we notified the hotel they said they could only replenish it the next morning.

The staff where all extremely helpful and nice. Extremely clean! Very comfortable rooms and beds. My only complaint was no microwave in the room. My coffee maker did not work, they got me a new one right a way. Larg screen t.v.

Very friendly staff, good customer service. I thought there was an issue with the air conditioner and they came up immediately. Turns out I was trying to use the wall unit which doesn't work instead of the actual ac unit. The room was very clean and well stocked. Bed and pillows were comfortable and allowed for a restful sleep. Parking was available in front anytime we arrived back to the hotel. There was paid breakfast. From what I could see it looked like continental. Although we didn't use the pool it was clean. A few places to eat were within walking distance and more just a short drive. Location convenient and safe. I will definitely stay here again. I only thing was the door was hard to open. Recommend.

The room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom was not very clean to say the least. The refrigerator did not keep our stuff cold. There is a very nice mounted and swivel TV with a remote control that barely worked. We did have the pool to ourselves all weekend which was nice. No one mentioned breakfast was in a separate building across the way, so we missed out on that but there was a little starbucks with an older lady who worked there and she was very nice. My husband and I went to Chandler for our anniversary. Very nice hotel with professional and friendly employees. Rooms were nice and clean. Good shower and comfortable beds. We liked everything about this hotel - including location. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The staff was awesome and friendly Rooms are very clean the bed very comfortable, they are so many restaurants, and Gas stations near by the freeway get on and off ,so easy We are going to make this our stop to stay while traveling ,

Was a good price for what we got. Was definitely best bang for buck if that’s what you are looking for. Staff were helpful when asking questions of any sort and as well flexible with the guests. Don’t have any problems with my stay, great experience overall.
