Good property especially with children. It is directly across the street from McDonald's and Frisby which both have kid play areas (Frisby is free). Easy access to cabs and Uber to take you everywhere. If you're here for business or on family trip wi5h children this is not a bad option. Breakfast is good which cold and warm options.

Property is one block from the beach, plenty of restaurants around as well of supermarkets. This is ours second time here with my family. Recomended.

Had a great time staying here, rooms were spacey and tidy and staff was very helpful.
Only the breakfast was of a lower standard, the breakfast room was too crowded and the selection and quality of the breakfast options was not great

Hotel in general was good. The employees were very nice and helpful at all times including the front desk, dining, and cleaning crew.
The hotel is well located but the lobby smells of humidity and also the rooms (we had 2).

We were three people . Two adults and a child. Our first room was dirty, we found a cockroach and it was very small for the three of us. We got a new room and it was a good size but neither, the phone or internet worked, so if there was an emergency we were on our own. The elevator is horrible. It is a sauna. I had never been in an elevator that hot. I complained and they told me that there was nothing to do. So if for a treason the elevator breaks down and people are inside, people are not going to make it. It is a liability.
The people at the hotel were kind and friend and always had a beautiful smile.

I am so glad I picked this hotel to stay in for our family trip to Cartagena. The staff was lovely, the hotel was clean and beautiful. The breakfast bar options were exquisite. I enjoyed my stay with my family. Everything such as restaurants, malls, etc. are all in walking distance.
