Our stay was great overall, but a few things lacked. Nothing that would make me not stay again, but just some touches. Ie: 2 bottles of water when we arrived, then they were never replenished in the room, nor was the instant coffee, 1 pk doesn't cut it for 2 people for 8 days. It seems all rooms have a fridge and microwave +dishes for 2, which is was great, but no paper towels, dish cloth, dish soap, tea towel etc are in the rooms? Front desk is on and off, very nice- but very randomly there or not, same with calling the front desk. We did have to request an adaptor to plug in the television (seemed strange to have to request a way to plug in the TV) & they brought that right away! Restaurant was a one time only for us, it was prop the worst meal we had while in Grenada. Again don't focus on the negatives, I just would come prepared next time with a tea towel & dish soap! (I bought coffee at the grocery store once it wasn't replenished.) But really it should be daily replenished. OVERALL this hotel is a GEM! close and convenient to everything, beautiful grounds & very well maintained!

I normally book this hotel and have a good stay. On this occasion after i checked out i realized i left my sweater hanging in the closet. A call back said no sweater was there. I wish if they had thrown it out they would have said so. I literally went from my room to the taxi

I was very happy with my stay at the hotel.The room was spacious and clean and the view was amazing.The staff was very friendly and the food was great.I would tell everyone to stay at the Siesta hotel

Our stay at siesta was great as always. Super friendly staff, great location and good service. We stayed at the ocean view hilltop suite. The only thing to improve would be some electrical outlet points in the bedroom area. But there are plenty in the living room space.

Hotel does not provide support for movement of luggage from lobby/receptionist to a room that's located in the top building. Soci had to push, pull and drag my luggage up steep inclines. The taxi driver couldnt drive to the top.

The friendliness of the housekeeping staff. Also, their efficiency and the warmth experienced. They are very caring and professional. The farewell i received was wonderful. Sorry i did not take a photo of them lined up, waving.

All around fantastic and great stay, even during hurricane Beryl. Would definitely do it again. The beach was walking distance away from the hotel (7-10min walk). Everything you needed was walking distance away.

The location and facilities were a very good value. I found the location convenient since I was SCUBA diving with Dive Grenada close by. It's also close to many restaurant, the supermarket and ATM. The staff is pleasant and helpful. If you don't have a 3 prong adapter for your US electric devices ask them for one.

Additionally, the TV in my room wasn't working, and despite requesting a plug for the tub, it was never provided, and I didn't receive any follow-up. While these issues were bothersome, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were commendable. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the guest experience in the future.
