The hotel was in a great location, right on the beach and strip (shopping areas and restaurants). The only con: walls are thin. Could hear kids making noise throughout the night. Couldn't sleep!

The women working the front desk were kind, and that is truly the only positive thing I can say about my experience at this property. The room looked tidy enough, but upon further examination I found soap scum coating the tub and shower walls, there were a few sticky rings on different tabletop & counter surfaces, and the floor turned the bottom of my while socks a filthy blackish gray. The bedding felt like sleeping between sheets of cheap paper towels, and the mattress was the worst I’ve ever had to sleep on. The water that came from the sink and shower had a stench, as did the ice from the machine. The vending machines were out of everything, and only offered sugary sodas and energy drinks. An option to purchase water would have been nice, although I imagine they’d be sold out and unstocked as well. Luckily I only had to stay for a single night before joining the rest of my group at an Airbnb on the island.

The location is in a great location that is walking distance to all the amenities. The staff is very friendly. Overall the property and rooms are fine but just could use some TLC and a tad bit more attention to cleanliness. Despite this, I recommend the property and would stay here again.

The only complaint or negative mark I could possibly give would be on lack of parking. With that exception it was a 10 out of 10.

If you are on a hen weekend this is the perfect stay for you. Not for a couple who like the peace and quiet though. Property was ok but next to some loud bars although to be fair things seemed to close quite early. Beach was quite densely populated and this was out of season so suspect it is rammed any other time. Hotel was fine, breakfast was mediocre. service ok although had to yell at housekeeping to stop them coming in our room before we checked out! Won’t be coming back.

It's a good place. Convenient to the beach. A pretty small community, not a lot to do other than the beach. The rooms don't have windows facing out, only to the inside hallway

The cleaning supplies/dirty linens/trash all left in the open area at all times. Tub didn't drain. Lobby smelled horrible at all times. Charges for parking in a gravel lot that's 2 blocks away.

Room was on first floor where balcony opened to a full bar patio from the restaurant next door. Tables were literally on the other side of balcony rail and they said they would have live music playing until 10pm. Stains on curtains, sheets and mirror.

We truly enjoyed our time at the palms. It was quiet and very convenient. We could walk to multiple restaurants and had wonderful beach access. The only part that I was a little bummed about was the continental breakfast. We will definitely stay again though!

Perfect hotel right on the beach. They offer rooms with no windows outside (listed as interior room I think) so just be careful when booking to make sure you book a room with outside windows. The bars and restaurants right next door are fantastic. 5 stars, will definitely be back!

This beach front property was worth the money. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast was reasonable. There were plenty of good restaurants in walking distance.

One of our favorite places!

Well, first the parking was not thought through at all, the door going into the hotel room. You could not hardly get open the door going out to the balcony I could not even get open just needed a lot of TLC too high for that price point in that condition.
