Loved the area but the main issue I had was paying $100 amenity fee when I had to edit the dirty windows in my pool pictures. I was also told upon checkin that the ENTIRE deposit and fees up front would be returned then upon checkout another lady told me the amenities fee isn’t refundable.

Enjoyed the pool area, and the front desk staff and wait service was outstanding throughout my stay; I’ll definitely be back for future stays! Also cleanliness is a must for me, and the room and hotel were in pristine condition, so that gave me the peace of mind regarding the high standards being upheld. Thank you!

everything was exceptional! other than my room not being ready during check in time, it was well worth the wait! i have already recommended this hotel to several of my colleagues and a few friends! i will definitely be back.

my room was not clean, very dusty, had a few dirty towels, did not have enough towels, room service missed 1 day. And the pool party music all weekend long was too loud and lasted way to long. Loved the location, love the gym, but not sure if I would stay there again.

Planned a little stay-cation for the weekend & couldn’t have been happier with the short stay. From the front desk staff to the pool deck staff all the way to the valet. This place is amazing! Looking forward to planning my next stay.

Property was easily accessible from the airport. Was locked out of my room twice due to a faulty lock. Couldn’t locate security to let me in the 2nd time. Gave me a new room that had me checking out the next day though I was staying longer. Complimentary coffee was not readily accessible. The young staff tried to help the best they could.

There was no coffee available for early risers. There was no information ahead of time about a $51 a day amenity fee. No coffee in rooms. Showers had nowhere to put products guest brought. The property itself is very nice I stayed on the 6th floor which is just under the 7th floor where the restaurant night life is quite loud. I would just make sure I picked a different floor next time. I was very disappointed in room service.. I was hoping for a pot of coffee and breakfast on a plate instead of to go cups and to go cardboard

Beautiful newer property. So much attention paid to details. Great, friendly staff and clean rooms and common areas. The Scottsdale Fashion Square is right outside the lobby. So convenient to shopping, dining, and nightlife.

While the atmosphere was pleasant, my stay was not. The WiFi and AC did not work. Upon arrival, the room reserved was unavailable and we had to wait for another. We, then, were moved a second time due to AC and electrical problems. Though the manager was pleasant, the service beyond that point was terrible. She removed the amenity fees as a courtesy, at least we were told. The AC went out in the new room, and I was over it. The room was not cleaned all three nights and four days we were there. Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, they attempted to finally come clean the room and kick us out prior to checkout time. After informing the front desk that the stay was terrible at checkout, they mentioned amenity fees, which I will be monitoring my card for. Will never be staying at this resort again.

The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty in the shower, had to use body soap to wash hair. Also, no q-tips or facial pads to remove makeup, however, there were 2 shower caps instead.
