By far one of the best hotels I have been to. Second time booking it this trip, gladly rebooked it again returning to Poland for our lay over. Highly recommend it.

i really like the fact the localisation was close to my event However the room looks very old and the staffs were rude as i am going to run with the breakfast money .
they humiliated me asking to pay i was not able to eat properly .
I never seen that usually after you finish your stay you can pay the sold at the reception .
I am disappointed i never eat in their restaurant again .

The lift broke down in the evening of our stay. The staff were very unhelpful and really couldn't be bothered to assist.

I was not satisfied with my stay and had an overall negative impression. The entire hotel desperately requires renovation (furniture, carpets, windows, paint on the walls, etc.), the staff was not unfriendly but pretty short and not helpful, and the room was not properly cleaned (bed not properly arranged, garbage can not emptied before my arrival).

Decent hotel, good beds, nice breakfast. Convenient when traveling through or attending an event at Messe Offenburg. Offenburg has a very decent selection of restaurants and nice sights, I've enjoyed it!

The room was quite run down and did not live up to what I expect from a 4-star hotel, even accounting for the fairly low price. In addition the pillows where tiny meaning that the bed became uncomfortable! When we asked the reception for more, they only had one additional pillow for me and my boyfriend to share. The staff did not understand English.

The hotel is fine, and conveniently close to the highway and less than 15 min. walk from the city centre. It looks as if the hotel needs some refurnishing, and we were quite irritated by the fact that there was no dinner available, the restaurant opening only "some days" (so not on a Friday evening in the high season).

The air conditioning made a terrible noise so I had to change room.
Some neighnours made big noose in the middle of the night.
Parking was 12€, I was expecting the parking to be part of the room cost

Room was alright but drain in water in did not work properly. Additional costs for child bed in 3 person booked room and parking costs makes a 1 night stay expensive.
The buffet dinner was very bad, breakfast was good.
