Nice hotel but our room was not very clean. Great breakfast and nice bar with good drinks.

Im from Brazil, and really enjoyed the stay with Pullman St Pancras, the location was great very close to Euston and St Pancras, King Cross Station. Dennis from the reception was the highlight of our stay, he manage to help and please us in every way and really made a difference on a vip treatment. Denis forever thankfull, you are such great person and very professional. Looking forward for the next day.

Tyler on reception was great and our experience started really well however the restaurant is terrible. Didn't prioritise us as guests and couldn't fit us in to eat before our theatre trip at 5pm so then we came back to try at 10.30pm to be told it was room service only. The room service menu after 10.30pm is limited to about 6 things which we ordered for the us and the children.
We were told we then couldn't order until 11pm so we waited 25 minutes, ordered and then waited over an hour until 00.10 for the most disgusting food I've ever seen to arrive. It wasn't just cold, it was all stone cold. Waited another 25 minutes for a manager to call which didn't happen so we didn't touch it and went to bed very hungry and fed up.
I would avoid, there are much much better hotels in London. Overpriced, tired and very poor service.

Fantastic location if catching the Eurostar. Also has heaps of food options close by.
I marked the hotel down slightly as there was a bit of mould in the shower and I couldn’t get the aircon to be cool enough. You could open the window though which is a bonus. Very helpful and attentive staff. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We always stay at this hotel when we come to London. Always perfect, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, very welcoming. Recommend to everyone.

Very convenient to the train station and many restaurants and pubs to eat at nearby. Our room was bigger than expected and very clean. The only downside was one of the elevators was broken when we were there so we had to wait almost 10 minutes in the morning to get one. Otherwise our stay was great and would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay. The heating in our original room wasn't working and the hotel moved us to a new room immediately we reported the fault. The staff were excellent as were the breakfasts. We would absolutely recommend this hotel which is next to the British Library and close to central London and we will definately stay there again.

Arrived in the room and it was not made and the sofa was broken. Had to relocate room, which took 30 mins, preventing us from going to bed. The room was an upgraded Junior Suite, but the toilet flushing kept running and the coffee machine was inoperable the next morning. Staff was very apologetic and polite, but it was all a disappointing occurrence, given the fairly high price.

The entrance looks nice. Check in was unacceptably slow. Some areas such as corridors and some bits of the bathroom looked tired. The corridors also had a stale odour. The towels are very thin.

Stated on room 705. Clean, quiet comfortable and convenient to transportation. Great staff. Good hot water, rain shower head and wand. Shower drain was slow but other than that no issues.

Great location for St Pancreas and accessing London . Bedroom was a really good size which is a pleasant change for normal London hotel rooms.

Nice hotel, bit worn in places but very clean, room design good for families putting children to bed in the pull out sofa bed. Bed comfortable, good shower, close to stations.
