The hotel is nice and clean inside. The rooms are excellent. The staff are courteous and personable. Its one of the best hotels in Lake charles.

The room smelled of mildew, so pungent. It would wake you up during the night. Honestly, this place is likely a health hazard, and should be decommissioned.

Do not stay here unless the price is $50 or under a night. I paid $120 plus for one night and I wish I would’ve slept in my car instead. They also took a $50 additional incidental fees, too, which didn’t make sense. The lady said it’s for damages. I should’ve known what I was in for. As soon as I opened the door to my room, it smelled like mold and room was damp. It was close to 1:00 am and I was too tired to ask for a room change. The sheet was stained with holes, and pillow and sheets were damp. It doesn’t look like they were washed. When I pulled the sheet to look under, there was hair under the sheet. I slept on top of my sheet and didn’t change. There were dusts and webs in the room. Saw a spider on the sink. One towel had some red dot stains. Walls looked nasty. I didn’t sleep well cause I thought I was going to get bit by bed bugs. After finally sleeping for 3 hours, I was out of there. I didn’t even shower. I felt nasty and dirty, but showering there was going to make me feel nastier with the stained towels. I wish I had the energy to leave right after I smelled that room. That was definitely the worse room stay I’ve ever been in.

Noisy. People running down hall all night screaming and fighting. Dirty.

The hotel was great, the only problem was there was a ton of teenagers there & they were super loud & the front desk workers didn’t tell them to keep their noise to a minimum for the comfort of the other guest

Was told to go in side door that wouldn’t unlock. Air conditioner sounded like a semi truck all night. Bed was uncomfortable. Tv had to be turned to full blast just to hear a little. Shower had so little water coming out you couldn’t get clean. Breakfast was the worst. Juice machine didn’t work. Ran out of coffee by 6:15. Food was not much and no flavor. DONT STAY HERE!!!

I just recently stayed a night at this hotel. Please don’t waste your money, it’s a lot of hotels in this area to choose. The hotel is not in the best area. Broken down truck parked in the lot. Security was poor as hotel guest was leaving side door open to enter in and out near our room. The hotel room was outdated, rusty shower fixtures, low water pressure, door didn’t close properly, etc. You had to slam the door to get it to close. I have stayed at Best Western Inn’s before and this one didn’t cut it. You get what you pay for, so please don’t waste your money. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Burned out &/or dim lightbulbs & front desk “not allowed” by the manager to have replacements on hand. Ice machine was broken. Safety latch on the door is broken & has obviously been broken for quite some time. AC dies not cool below 75.

Affordable, clean and quiet just want we need after the drive in to freashen up for a wreslting tournament next day.

Went through 3 rooms trying to get something decent. First one had a broken fire alarm that would not stop going off. Second, AC did not work. Third and final room there were roaches and a crack pipe in which we had to call the local police department to take care of. We had booked two rooms at this hotel asking for adjoining rooms. Little did we know that their lack of putting rooms together would be the most minor issue faced.
