The staff of the property were very helpful. The morning staff speaks English but the night staff can be harder to communicate if you don’t speak Spanish or Portuguese
The hotel is very well located. With a store down the road and a pharmacy across the street and a few restaurants around. It is further from the falls but most of the hotels are. We didn’t get to use many of the ammenities so can’t really comment on it. The breakfast was a good spread but lots of carbs. But the fruit and coffee weee good
Room bed were comfortable and the everything works. The room was not the most modern but has everything that is required and clean. Only thing is that our room had a strange odor when we had the ac off.
The hallways to the room probably could be updated but minimal. All in all a great value for money hotel

The place is clean and the breakfast was excellent. I stayed only one night, so did not explore the place extensively. It is not an area that would be pleasant to walk around, specially at night.

Centrally located. May walk to many restaurants/ bars. Easy access to public transportation. Taxi stand in front of hotel. Friendly and very helpful personnel. Clean. Very good breakfast of brazilian food.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel staff were all extremely helpful and friendly and were always willing to assist, despite the language barrier. Buffet breakfast was delicious! Location of property perfect - close to many restaurants and shops, with a 24 hour pharmacy/ convenience store situated directly opposite.

We stayed at the hotel for one night - really to transit through the city. It was good value during a busy time of the season but it's an old hotel.

We booked a family room the first night which was clean and pleasant but a little dated but the second night we had booked two double rooms overlooking the pool area as the family room wasn’t available and these were very modern and lovely. Breakfast was excellent. Pool area was lovely. I had the feeling the hotel was well run. I would definitely recommend it.

The main draw is the Falls. Area was ok but didn't compare to previous stops on our trip. The falls however lived up to our very high expectations of them!

We stayed here 2 nights and I can say that it was a pleasant stay. The room was big,comfortable and very clean. Breakfast were very tasty and the staff was very helpful.
I can definitely recommend this hotel.
