Good location, quiet, & comfortable

Below what I expected from a Marriott brand. The hotels needs remodeling, parking lot was so dark, people hanging in the parking lot drinking and getting drunk and making a lot a noise, we could hear it in our room. The Closet rail was broken, I reported on the night of arrival, asked to be taking care next day in the morning, never happened, screws were on the floor. Toilet keeps running water and definitely not comfortable since the bowl is so low. Very disappointed from this Marriott hotel. Will probably not book this hotel again.

There were cockroaches around the property paint was peeling in different areas of my room. Carpet in hallway stunk need a deep cleaning or replacement. The room wasn’t stocked and the pool was filthy

Our hotel room was definitely not at all what I thought it would be. It was ranked 8 out of 10 but I would have put it as 4 out of 10. It had the Marriott name so even though I never heard of Townsuite brand, I trusted the Marriott brand but this definitely didn’t have that level of standards. When we first checked in, the corridor had an heavy smoke smell. When we proceeded down the main hallway, it smelled like a dirty bathroom. Our room had a mildew smell. The sleeper couch wasn’t what it was described to be. It was on the floor and not supported nor did it have a mattress. It was hard. The kitchen area didn’t have working air which I know can happen from time to time. It wasn’t fixed in our 5 day stay though. I would stay in this area but I would not stay at this hotel again.

I came in town for a family reunion. Nice little hotel in a safe location next to everything including a movie theater, restaurants and coffee shops.

As a Marriott property the level maintenance of the property is usually superb. Initially I noticed several lights in the parking lot were not operable with overgrown trees blocked driving path to main entrance. The room furniture is overall excellent but the cabinets, shower, stove and tub require upgrading or dating. The television didn’t work properly nor did the bedside plugs.

Kylie and nia were great front desk workers!! The lights went out that Friday for a couple hours they were patient and professional!! I’m from Little Rock and my experience there with them were great manager not so understanding

The staff, especially buffet lady, was excellent. The buffet had a lot to choose from and was well stocked. The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced and the entry door needs to be rehung for quieter opening and closing.

I was staying at the TownePlace Suites while I got ready for my wedding day. Everything with check in was great. The suite was more than enough space for us all to stay comfortable and get ready together. The only thing I wished that was different were if the refrigerator was a bit colder. Also, the room next to ours had the door slightly propped open the whole stay, which was a bit odd. The hotel is definitely good for what’s needed but I think a nice paint job inside the suites would give it a nice change of scenery.

The ONLY slight drawback was that our shower leaked constantly and had to be finagled with to turn on but it wasn't anything major. I would absolutely take the clean rooms, polite staff, and great price over a slighlty leaky shower every time. It went above and beyond our expectations and was exactly what we were looking for. It really helped make our trip into a great little weekend getaway.

It is a suitable accommodation for the family to stay for a short period of time. It was clean and cool.

Very nice and tidy. The tv guide didn’t display accurately but that was out of their hands. Overall we had a excellent stay.

The staff and the manager were so nice and polite. There was a storm coming through it was very bad. We had some water leaking through the bathroom. I called the desk and the front desk clerk came to the room less than 4 mins and changed our room and checked on us through your the night. The next morning the ladies bathroom was being cleaned and my daughter walk up to it and the manager told her to use the men’s bathroom because it was just clenched and he stood outside the door until she was finished. We checked out but due to repairs at our home we had to check back in. Really clean and nice.
