Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The appartmenent was extremely clean and welcoming. The bed was extemely comfortable. The appartment portion of the hotel is in a separate block 5 mins drive away and right next to all amenities , cyling path and the beach. Definitely going back either for business or for a rest.

I enjoyed my stay here, staff were very friendly and spoke English. The hotel looks to have been recently modernised. The breakfast was also good value.

Despite of corona the service was excellent. Missing the cleaning of rooms, however all in all a very good experience.

No restaurant is not a problem as there are plenty restaurants close by.

Hotel was well located but could have been in better shape. Overpriced for what I can say but cannot compare to others. Also a place to stay a night, not longer on island.

I came just back from the Island of Helgoland and needed a good place to stay for a night. The Stadt Hotel Cuxhaven was superb for me, I couldn't have found a better place.

I got room (cell) round about eight qm; thats single room for man and dog;
my friend receive without dog single room, what´s okay.
My wish for receive a greater room, was not allowed. The hotel wanted than more
money (20 Euro daily).
that´s not allright; i must already pay for dog 10 Euro daily; and then I got so a little and small cell.
We have break off the time in the Hotel.

Nice hotel, I stayed in a single bed room and the bed was a bit short and the room was small as well.
Breakfast was fantastic.
