Well the front desk person was obviously having allergies or a cold and probably should t have been dealing with credit cards or drivers liicenses, very curt! Our sink was infested with baby ants but by the time I noticed it was checkout time and we were running late for an event.

Was excellent. The only thing that I think you should put in your bathrooms is a handle so it makes it easier to get in and out of your bathtub

Hotel was wonderful! Very clean, the room was spacious and they have a delicious breakfast! Will definitely stay here again. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful.

great property but they do not have daily maid service. Dirty towels, unmade bed unless you call and ask for service. You have to do better.

This was my second time staying here. My mom and I needed a stop over to rest up before finishing up our travels. I love how comfortable the bed and pillows are! The gal who checked us in was very sweet and helpful, and the gentleman that checked us out was very kind, in good spirits and sweet. Definitely coming back and for a longer visit! So much to see and do. Thank you for another great night of rest.

We came in from a baseball game to check in for the night. The lobby front desk was taking 20 min per person to check in
When we got to the front desk, he couldn’t find our reservation.
He also charged our credit card after already paying via Expedia.

The hotel caters to high school sports teams comprised of adolescents, who don’t know how to stay at hotels. My stay this time was marked by teenagers, jumping and pounding on the floor above me. Two years ago, they had cheerleaders who decided to practice their cheers in the hallway at 11:30 at night.
