Couldn’t come inside any of the doors but main entrance. Parking was full so had to walk around building each time

Do not stay here! I spent one night and would never come again. I was checked into a room that had not been turned over. I was then given a room that was ready but had a terrible odour. It was late so i didn't request another room. The tub didnt drain so there was several inches of water by the end of my shower. Woke up in the morning with bed bug bites on my arms! There was no coffee ready in the lobby in the morning but a fresh pot was apparently being brewed. I came back and the "coffee" was just transparent light brown water. I think they just ran hot water through the old grounds. Desk staff eventually came in from their smoke break and explained it was light roast. Hahaha. I had to go next door to 7-11 to get real coffee. Then housekeeping banged on my door at 10:50 asking why i hadn't checked out (check out is 11am). When i checked out the front desk clerk asked how my stay was and i replied "not great" and she said nothing. Not a sorry or how could we have done better? Didnt even look at me. This place seems to have many long term residents. Some were shady looking and i didnt feel safe. I noticed one of them shooting up drugs in the hotel parking lot. My advice... SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

While a good deal for traveling with a pet, this property is sadly in need of a facelift. There were stains on the carpet, finishes of surfaces looked a bit scuffed and the hallway carpet didn't look clean. The staff however were very kind and sweet.

The hotel was not what we expected. The hotel was dirty and the hotel should not advertise it offers breakfast. It's not a breakfast, it's a few things put out to make it appear like it's a breakfast. The widows in the room could not be opened, etc. Overall we were very disappointed and will not be staying there again.

Lots of long term people staying here therefore a lot of people just lingering about the parking lot that made me a little more cautious than usual.

Loud, unsafe parking, understaffed, only 1 working door, no ice machine. Honestly its the best west olympia has to offer, which is sad. It's on the cheaper side and the best value for the dollar in that area. The staff are very friendly. The rooms have a full fridge, stove, microwave and sink. Supposedly theres amenity dishes but they're so scarce i was only able to get a cutting board and a butter knife. The tv doesn't have any apps. Just cable. Lots of homeless and people combing the parkinglot looking for things to steal. The police frequent the parkinglot but it doesnt really deter anyone from the area unless they're actively there.

the place is neat and quiet, very near to I-5 but no cups, plastic spoon and forks, no coffee maker if you’re leaving early, did not have the chance to eat the free breakfast as I had to leave early.

Scary and dirty hotel! This hotel houses transients. At the entrance 2 women were beating each other up and I told the front desk who proclaimed ' they do that all the time' Hallways full of litter, carpets stained, odor in room and the worst part was a skinny 5 inch mattress on a wire frame with no box spring. This hotel is not safe!
