We couldn’t fault our stay. Friendly staff, great room, excellent choice of breakfast and the pool and facilities were fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Third time staying at the Nyx Holborn, my only complaint is the bathrooms are dark. Otherwise, great location and amenities.

Member of staff and viewing guest entered my room whilst I was in the bathroom. Had to phone reception to clarify who entered my room and whilst they apologised, it left me on edge for the remainder of the night.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Our room was massive, the amenities were great (pool, sana, steam room) and I loved the lobby coffee/cocktail bar.
I was disappointed our AC was broken for our entire week long stay. It was HOT and I didn’t feel like they went above & beyond to fix it, but did provide a fan when we asked. Otherwise would totally stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was first class. Highly recommend that guests experience it/have it included in their stay. Staff dealt with any issue promptly and cheerfully. Beds were super comfortable. Our week at this hotel was fantastic.

Loved the pool and spa and room facitlities. Rooms are very dark though and no hot showers. Can’t believe a service charge was added to bar bill even though it was not table service.

It was a bit disconcerting to stay with children. The facilities felt a bit bizarre... it felt like children were in an adult space.
Most of the staff were frindly, but I could feel that some of them seemed to dislike Asians.

Just spent an amazing 4 days in London with our son. The hotel was a hit! The staff went above and beyond, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds? Out of this world, especially the pillows – absolute perfection. Highly recommend this hotel for families!
