Overall a high-quality experience. What we did not like was the digital panel for lighting. It was hard to figure out, and the panel on the bedside table turned on automatically when we just touched the table for any reason... certainly NOT desirable in the middle of the night.
It was annoying to not be able to just turn a light on and off with a switch.

This is a beautiful property situated just off Michigan Avenue. Staff was expert and food was yummy. Beds were comfy and the rooms were nicely appointed.

This luxurious hotel never fails at customer service. From the friendly staff to the unbelievably clean rooms, this is by far my favorite hotel in the city of Chicago. I highly recommend this hotel

Our room on 10th Floor and every night / early morning got woke up by the droning of ambulance sirens, weekends worse. Not the hotels fault but just want to make travellers aware - when I mentioned to reception staff, they clearly aware and admitted the issue.
