The property was lovely and well kept. However, there is no staff on the property so any problems have to be called in to one of the managers. Also, the room description isn't very clear about the fact that Rm 301 has a private bath but it's out in the hall. So trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night involve needing to be able to get hold of your key and stepping into the VERY BRIGHTLY lit hallway. The bath itself is very nice with a handicap accessible shower. The heat is one of those Euro-style units on the wall. Not easy to figure out how to use it if you are not familiar with the technology.

Lovely decor..very clean and comfortable..older building redone into boutique hotel..our room on 3rd fllor had our private bathroom across hall different for us but just fine.

/ It was a wonderful old building and well furnished. Great beds. There were no directions in the room for TV/wifi. No hooks, hangers as there is no closet. Grab bars please. Need little table in bath area for cosmedics, etc. Full length mirror would be great.

Absolutely fabulous. Surpassed expectations in attention to detail, cleanliness, tasting room, and overall delightful stay. Highly recommend this getaway location.

We are experienced travelers and have been to ligonier many times. We were surprised when the check-in for the space was by the bartender and that there was just a phone number for check out. Our room was unbearably hot, and we hoped to navigate the heating system on our own as there were no instructions who to call for help. After we tried to fix the problem on our own for hours, we texted for help and were finally instructed to just open a window. (There was no way to modulate the heat)There was no apology and honestly it was one of the worst night sleeps we have had. If there is to be contactless check-in, it would be nice for instructions on how to make the room more comfortable and a name of someone to contact for help. We loved the room , very clean and nice . We could tell they really take care of the room . I didn’t like that it was considered a bed and breakfast. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast . The water and coffee station on second floor . Didn’t provide enough cups for coffee so we couldn’t take one to go. All and all great atmosphere and good time . Definitely will be back again

Place was gorgeous. No closet in room. Not a problem for overnight guests, but may be troublesome for extended stay guests.

The room was very nice and spotless! Since it is a small hotel, I think about 6 rooms, there isn't always someone at the desk. It wasn't an issue for us at all. They also have complimentary coffee and water, as well as wine glasses and wine opener, since there is a small winery shop in the building. Very nice stay overall! The town is also very cute.

The food in the restaurant (2breakfasts and one Italian night dinner) was wonderful! Ligonier so cute. Took advantage of cross county skiing nearby.
