The staff here are outstanding. However the rooms are not clean. The bed was vwry clean and comfortable. The first room they gave me had avery bad odor in the bathroom and the AC fikter had not been cleaned. I asked to chage the room and they did so right away. The second room

The small windows are damaged. The shower is for people less than 1m70.
It is clean. Reception desk friendly.
I don´t recommand the restaurant.
Found a bottle mid-empty in the mini-fridge, hidden behind the others = nobody checked the minifridge before my arrival.
WIFI was OK when it was working (signal was fluctuating)

Lots to choose from- pastries, cheese, eggs, multiple different fresh juices and fruit waters, desserts, breads etc. very modern hotel. Rooms are simple but nice. Parking garage without charge under the hotel. I would reccomend to anyone staying in Antofagasta for a night.

I always stay at NH on Antofagasta, they have the best all around deal when you need a two beed room. The only problem on my last stay was that the pillow where just to small.

Overall I liked the hotel, it has good food in the restaurant and a full buffet breakfast. The only problem is that it is not near downtown or other restaurants. Drinking and driving are definitely frowned upon here and it is hard to get a taxi.

Customer service is good, especially by his management. They need to do some upgrades, but I believe they are working on those details. Everything else is great. Great view from most of bedrooms.

The location is very inconvenient at far end of the town. You end up paying much more in cab fares, if you are staying here as compared to some centrally located hotels. The staff at front desk is very rude and hostile. No hot water available during my 2 day stay. The wifi & ocean view is good, though.
