Stayed at Cityden Stadshart for 3 nights with my husband and 2yo. We had a Deluxe apartment with 1 king bed & kitchen. Very spacious for the 3 of us! The room was very tidy and well maintained. The kitchen was practical and had everything youd need to cook a few meals. Just no paper towels which would be handy. They provide 4 nespresso pods however you have to pay if you want additional ones however I think this doesny make much sense for 2 adults in 3 nights/4 days. They should offer atleast 1 per adult per day of stay. The staff were exceptional; kind, friendly, experienced, knowledgable, helpful...you name it, they were it! The gym and sauna were also very convenient, clean and a great bonus. The hotel is close to the airport, perfect for arrival. Its walking distance to a big shopping mall including a grocery store and many dining options (all within 11min walk). 5min walk to the tram that takes you right to city centre. Bike rentals are perfect for this area because the streets are not busy, we even got one with a child bucket seat on back. We even tried to extend our stay as we realized we would prefer it over being in the city for the remainder of our trip but they were fully booked. Overall we would highly recommend this accomodation! Thanks again Cityden!

Amazing hotel. First time I got an upgrade, very appreciated. A/C was kicking. Felt like we were back in the states (and it was 90F outside) but it was a nice and cool temp inside. Slept like a dream. Parking is at a garage around the corner, three minute walk. Super easy. Pre book (we did not but arrived Friday evening and it was empty.) parking is next to tram. Very easy to get into town. Delicious Asian restaurants nearby. Very clean and spacious hotel.

This is nice hotel overall. It’s not near many amenities. The staff is nice. I was not a fan of the bathroom though. It’s ways to make a puddle on the entire floor. Breakfast is not worth the cost.

The staff at Cityden Stadshart was incredible! They allowed two of our group members to check-in before my flight got in which was great. The hotel also contacted me quickle after I had received a phishing attempt on expedia prior to my reservation. I would definitely stay here again! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. The room was also very well decorated!

Nice rooms/appts. Good value for money. Close to shopping center and Schiphol. Public transport sometimes a challenge as they keep on doing maintenance and disruptions. Friendly staff and helpful but not sure why they didnt give a VIP benefit. They did allow me to check out one hour later which was nice and helpful.

Checking in was quick and easy. Room was okay, spacious for a family of 6. The only complaint was water leaks in both showers. Foot pads are totally soaked with water. Although, some guys from facilities checked it , problem was not resolved.

Staff is fabulous! All very kind and extremely helpful. Great to have kitchen and laundry. Kids loved this place!

The staff were warm & welcoming & spoke excellent English! The room was perfect, everything needed during my stay. Unfortunately the coffee machine leaked after use & coffee pods didn’t all fit. These were not changed despite speaking to the front desk, but only a minor detail. Location was perfect, tram into the centre approx 20 mins & bus to the airport the same. Both stations were approx 5 mins walk from the hotel. Ideal weekend break 😊
