Our stay in general was pleasant
The food at the restaurant was cold, I could tell the taste was good had it been hotter we would have enjoyed it better. And even the oatmeal in the morning was only warm so it turned cold quickly.

Great hotel, but needs to improve WiFi service. Terrible. It is impossible to work with the complementary internet. You MUST buy their Internet package. I travel all over the works and with the complementary WiFi at least I can surface the internet and download documents. NO POSSIBLE, not even surf the internet.

The hotel is very clean and confortable. But the only problem is that they doesn't have room service, and the TV doesn't working, the air conditioner shot of in the middle of the night and it Was hot as hell. But they give us another room right away... But everything else was goog.. I'll give it a 8 out of 10..

This hotel is new. It is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. It is outside the city of Santiago. The area is nice and relatively quiet. The employees were very attentive. They have a restaurant but not room service. It was a good experience to stay there.
