Staff here is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good, plenty of choices for breakfast. Very convenient for transportation and easy parking as well. Very recommended, if you come to Rayong.

The place was nice but not very clean, there were critter turds on the window sill all 3 days that never got cleaned, the bathroom and kitchenette were dirty too. I'm not sure why somewhere that nice doesn't put any effort into cleaning the rooms. If it were clean it would be a nice place to stay, but as is it was a disappointment. We tried to check out a day early but they wouldn't refund the money even though we asked more than 24 hours ahead of time.

My partner and I had a confusing check-in as the hotel is off the main street. We drove and eventually found the entrance. When you arrive, look for the street that has a sign that says "Puan Isan," which is a restaurant. Follow that little soi street and go "past" the big, green building. The entrance is facing opposite the direction you arrive (just FYI).
Room was big and spacious and bed was super comfortable. But floor had missing pieces of wood, ant problems, and hot water was more like warm water.

We stayed here for 3 days two nights which included breakfast.
the room was clean and big, housekeeper was responsible.
There were many restaurants and massage shop nearby,
we have booked a car to drive around, normally took within 5 mins to reach any restaurants.
Overall, the price I paid for this hotel was worthy!!!
