Cleaning person came by and that got us in to drop bags - for they have only some room. The towels were minimal and not very soft. The bedroom is open to the living and kitchen. Good points: terrific location, staff (once there) were excellent and adaptable. Great dining all around. Pedestrian area but near where one can get a car. For long stays the well appointed kitchen could be convenient and money saving. Good value for the money. *** A purely maintenance issue: the toilet would not stop flushing at times. The door was hard to open.

Great location. Small bathroom but adequate.

Communication throughout the stay was great. We were given the code to store our bags in the locked storage room when we arrived in the morning. Once the room was ready, we were notified. The location can not be better. It was a short walk to anywhere in Valletta. The room was quiet, great water pressure and hot water in the shower, large refrigerator in the kitchen, and good WiFi. We would stay here again when visiting Malta.

The photos show a very interesting interior which was the draw. However, on entry the first lift got stuck between floors, the second lift was not at ground level so one has to lug suitcases up a flight of stairs to get to the lift. Both lifts (elevators) are very small, as is the entrance to the building. Not easy to maneuver for older folk, larger folk or folk with large luggage. The water in our unit on the 5th floor was cold, probably because the toilet was draining the tank. The building liaison person was not very helpful to begin with, however, after complaining, she did offer us a move to a larger suite on the first floor and also a complimentary breakfast. We took the move, although we had to do that ourselves as there is no management on the property. We were leaving the next morning so could not take advantage of the free breakfast. The location of the B & B is right in the busy tourist section of Valletta, and can be noisy when the cruise ship tourists come in. It is convenient for the bus terminal, and central for walking about. Lots of cafes, bars and shops are close at hand. The interiors are stunning but the property is not for everyone.

Definitely will come again if in malta. Location is perfect! And michelle/kelly were stellar. Perfect location. Immaculate response time to all my needs. Love this place.

Fabulous apartment in a great central location. Bells chiming from a clock in the square at every quarter hour was initially intrusive for sleep but we got used to it. Comfortable bed and plenty of dishwashing liquid as there is no dishwasher. Basic supplies for drinks but for 6 nights stay I was surprised that we only got 2 sachets of instant coffee and 2 sachets of cappuccino and 2 teabags. Fortunately the kind maid supplied fresh towels to change partway through the week and it isn’t far to go to the grocery for buying more coffee although it would have been more hospitable to provide alittle more for stays of 6 nights. The host seemed to have thought she had communicated to us through WhatsApp but sadly there was no message so we ended up trying to ring and text standing outside the apartment wondering how to get into the building ( a small negative start to our stay in Valletta)
