Convenient location especially to Dulles airport. The room was large but filled simply with a chair and ottoman. We tried to go to the pool and as we were literally getting in someone came in and asked us to give them an hour for something. The hot tub was out of order. Very quiet hotel. Decent hotel for the price. And worked out for the short time we were in the area.

The guy at check in said I had to pay a $50 deposit on my card and HAD to enter my pin number. I do not like using my pin number. He also said cash was not an option. In the morning when checking out a different person asked me if my deposit was cash or card then showed me the cash box for deposits. So now i have to worry about my card being skimmed.

Pros: shopping centers and restaurants nearby.
Cons: hotel is maybe a step up from a super 8.
Bathroom tub was filthy, front desk accommodated and changed my room and that Bathroom was less filthy but still dirty. We drove to Wal-Mart to buy slippers to wear in the shower. The headboard had some kindy of splotchy, dried wet stains.
I would not come back.

I booked this hotel because of the airport transportation. Come to find out, they didn't provide transport to the airport we flew into. If your flight is before 0700...forget about this hotel! I don't know why they advertise airport transport! We spent A LOT of money on Lyft rides! Breakfast was same thing everyday...different sausage, pork, chicken or turkey. Hot tub jets were controlled by the front desk. No room service unless requested. Very disappointed for the $$ we spent here.

This was a very clean and comfortable choice. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast had a lot of choices, but the dining area was crowded, so we took food back to the room. The location felt safe, and there is convenience of shopping nearby. Though it's near the airport, the room was quiet.

Stay away from this place. I had a terrible experience and the manager lies straight to your face and does nothing to help until last minute after you pester him enough.

Overall was a below average experience. Check in was easy and the desk clerk was nice enough but that was about it for the good stuff. The hard floor in the room didn’t appear to have ever been mopped, corners of the bathroom were super gross. The carpet was sticky and had some debris when we checked in as if it hadn’t even been vacuumed. The property seemed a bit run down, especially the pool area. The only staff we saw were what was probably the manager sitting in the lobby every time we came down staring at us with a very judgy face. Never a smile or a hello or anything. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

I liked that breakfast and a light dinner were included. Adults were given tickets for alcoholic beverages. Free popcorn was available in the afternoons.

When i checked in the gentleman at the front desk was busy with what seemed to be making room keys. And asked me to wait til he got done . And while he was checking me in he was talking to someone from housekeeping at the other end of the counter about a stain on the carpet. . That was rude

Stayed 5 days asked for housekeeping multiple times not once did our room have clean sheets fresh towels etc. The rating says VERRY GOOD. MY RATING VERY POOR.
