I was disappointed the pool was not available for the guest to use. The outdoor pool was one of the reasons for selecting Fairfield. The other issue the doors to the rooms are extremely hard to open it requires a great deal of strength and makes a very loud sound
when closing. The staff was excellent and professional.

Common areas were filthy with sticky floors from the front door to the front desk to breakfast area to elevator. Apparently no employees know what a mop is. They were like this for all 5 nights of my stay. Swimming pool was deplorable and not usable…it was drained while we were there and opened for use. Room was clean enough and bathroom was acceptable.

Parking lot was well lighted. The check-in was terrible. The person at the front counter was incompetent and lazy. There were no carts available. Apparently there was only one for the whole property.

When i arrived to check in, there was a black lady behind the counter who was constantly complaining because housekeeping did not put the rooms that were ready in the computer.
She was cursing and saying GD.
As a christian I was offended by her language and attitude.
