This property is very poorly managed. After booking I was sent a link to check in and had to pay a $203 deposit. I was charged the same fee 4 times.
Then I had to call the number in the email to get it sorted out and complete the check-in. It Was the wrong number and I had to call another number that person gave me.
There is nobody onsite or nearby to help.
No information on how to check out.
Cabin I booked was not as described.
Top bun is so low that you hit your head repeatedly if you’re on the bottom and try to get out of bed.

There was no door in the restroom! I wish it had a curtain at least! I had a hard time opening the door as well as the next door guest! We called and it was fixed! So overall it’s a good place to stay! Good customer service

When it was time for check in, the room heater did not work and there was no hot water. Had to wait 2 hours until the maintenance worker "fixed" the room heater and water heater. We still did not have hot water after that, so we could not shower or freshen up since the water was too cold. Very inconvenient.

Cabin was dirty with paint flakes on the bathroom floor and absolutely freezing at night. Heater/thermostat did not work thus was an ice box at night. Would not stay here again.

It was a cozy cabin with a bed and a sofa bed. The blankets were great. Ideal for 4 people (2 adults & 2 children). Fun place to spend the night.
