I had a reservation on Thursday evening and i had checked in. Once ny husband and I got to the room, we went to the bathroom and which seemed clean and then near the microwave we saw cockroaches. Obviously we were not going to stay there. We went to the front desk saying we will not be staying there. We asked about a refund and they said to call Gita Modi on friday morning and she will be able to help. Friday morning came and I called and i was told that they will be refunding me for 2 nights which was fine. However, they have to yet to provide this approval to hotels.com. i have been callong continuously and the staff is rude and very un cooperative. All i want is someone to contact me and say that the refund will be applied as promised. Will never ever recommend staying at this hotel.

It’s good hotel just close to the freeway.

Close to New York City

Room was clean and quiet, love that there's no rug. Shuttle to NY really convenient. Area around the hotel is pretty loud. It shouldn't mention "free breakfast" because it's just bagel and cream cheese only, and you have to eat it standing up in the lobby.

Great value for the price, Manhattan easily accessible with shuttle buses running all day (3.5usd/ride). Bagels, cafe and juices for breakfast. Buildings are a bit outdated but the rooms were clean,the area was safe to walk too.

The property was quiet, clean staff was polite. No problem decent place.

Check in too slow & unsat. In 2nd building, which had NO elevator. Too many and very steep steps. Refrierator not working and Toilet flushing hard to stop. Hotel in bad traffic location and not enough parking. Disabled Naval Veteran.

Overall good ez Experience. Pretty close to Time square wt shuttle service paid. Staff is very friendly and helping.

Honestly not bad. Considering NYC hotel prices are insane, this place was cheap (comparable) and it wasn’t so bad. I was actually debating between a airbnb room stay vs this hotel and honestly I’m glad I went with staying at the hotel. Got to nyc early in the morning so I needed a place to store the luggage. Free breakfast was literally just bagel and cream cheese but I’ve seen hotels with nothing at all so it was better than nothing. Shuttle service was very convenient to get to Times Square and back. Cash only tho. They do store luggage in a container for you if you are early or your flight is late at night. If you are looking for a fancy hotel, not for you, but if you just need a decent place to sleep/wash without spending $4-500 that is not a hostel or airbnb room , This is great!

Not even worth 1 star. Reasons below - Check in was horrible. The lady at the desk was downright rude. - Room was unkempt and dank - Very very limited breakfast options.

This was one of the worst experiences in my life: dirty, outdated, worn bedding but worst of all - nasty pee smell coming out of air conditioner! We’ve kept it off even in hot days because of it. Breakfast shouldn’t be mentioned as breakfast - some frozen bagels and butter plus oil like coffee day after day. The only good thing about this ‘place’ is its location transit to NYC is easy. All the rest is horrible. Never again.
