Property is a bit run down

Found bugs in our bed.

Bed bugs, they didn’t make up room or provide clean towels breakfast was so lacking we went to Dennys.

Ed had bed bugs, no hair dryer and they don’t make up rooms or change the towels. Pool closed. Breakfast was horrible only 1 orange for fruit.

Room smelled and tv doesn't work. Staff offered a discount but be we booked thru Expedia couldn't do it. Definitely not a 200 nt experience

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It was especially helpful to have patio doors that opened onto grassy courtyard for our dog. It was also very quiet! Will definitely stay there again.

liked the grassy area outside the room, parking close to the door, very comfortable bed & room. thought i wouldn't like the small pillows, but i did. the ice machines were not good; made very little ice. went across the street to maverick & bought ice.

Great stay. Clean rooms. Our rooms was large with balcony. Close to town. Breakfast was good. Will stay again

Did like the free breakfast. It was very good and all youeat with a great amount of options. The staff was very friendly and efficient. However the pool and spa were closed down and not operating.

We arrived at the Hotel - Check In was ok they did not give us the room they were supposed to, so we ended up in a different Room. We got in the room and it smelled really bad - Old and musky, went to use the restroom and there was Diarrhea on the underneath side of the toilet lid, pee on the floor around the bottom of the toilet, carpet dirty. I did go and explain this to the front desk girl Named Michelle, she did NOTHING to help - when I ask for the Manager, she said they are not there, but I would need to take it up with them. We check out the next morning and I explained to the front desk person Kimberly who was very helpful. Also, she informed the Housekeeping and Janette was very apologetic about everything. Sad to say that we will NEVER stay there again. Hopefully they can fix their issues.

Lovely hotel. But disappointing that the reason I selected the hotel which was the pool in well kept surroundings was out of order

Spacious rooms with patios overlooking grassy common area. Lovely bed linens, fluffy pillows. Super breakfast bar offering nice selection of hot and cold items.

Improve your facilities please and ensure cleanliness before people check in, I had blood on my comforter and the ground in the room felt rather disgusting

The front staff were friendly and helpful. We were very disappointed that we were not informed that the pool and the spa were closed. The deck around the landing/stairs was very dirty and messy and was not cleaned over the two day. Period. That we were there. The walkways around the motel need a power washing, very filthy. Both rooms that we went into appeared to not have been vacuumed very well, if at all. We found debris and items on the floor upon checking into our rooms. The staff said they would tell housekeeping about our issues. Unfortunately, we have had too bad experiences at two different ends in the last few weeks so we have decided that we probably will not stay at a quality Inn in the future.

The staff is amazing always courtesy with requests. The owners need to get their act together and get their pool fixed we stayed here for the pool access and it was not up and running
