I had a wonderful experience at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa! The location was fantastic, providing easy access to hiking trails and offering stunning views of the mountains. The amenities, from the well-maintained pool areas to the restaurants, exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, and clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. One small improvement could be a quicker check-in process, but overall, my stay was excellent.

Traveling with a 2-year-old can be challenging, but Audrey truly made our stay unforgettable. The activities center, equipped with a variety of toys and games courtesy of Audrey, provided my son with the perfect playtime, especially considering the limited options for young children at the resort and on the mountain. Audrey's kindness and thoughtfulness shone through as she curated age-appropriate activities to keep my son entertained and even surprised him with a goodie bag for our plane ride home. We would absolutely choose to stay at the resort again, solely due to Audrey and the fantastic activities she organizes for families with young children. Without her and the activity center, we would probably have looked for alternative accommodations, given the outdated nature of the hotel and its lack of stroller accessibility, with multiple elevator rides required to access different wings.

We booked this hotel because it was near a Concert. Extrat $50 "Resort Fee" added at check in. To use the pool maybe?

Property was very dilapidated. The hallways smelled quite badly and the carpet was old and dingy. The room had a control panel and light hanging off wall. Everything felt grimy and old. The parking lot was also under construction leaving minimal parking

That being said, everything is right there so once you get your compass right. The added perk of a shuttle that can be scheduled to take you into downtown area, shopping center, Olympic Park, etc. allows you to explore the area without the burden of constantly taking your car out of the garage. Really enjoyed our getaway here.

Overall nice area to stay. The bed was very uncomfortable, two big divots in the bed where people sleep. Other than that, it was pleasant.

Noisy and. Small rooms. Could hear guests going past and above . When we pulled out couch to make a bed it was impossible to enter the room . The hotel is enormous . Very hard to navigate with a dog . Limited dining in area . Went to a concert and all Bars and restaurants closed at 10

Not what I was expecting. It’s a total maze to get to your room, stuff hasn’t helpful the rooms were outdated. Not many dining options.

Although the hotel was very nice. It's wasn't convenient. The self-parking and lugging our bags all over to the different lodges was annoying. Just a terrible maze. I'm sad there isn't room service. Also, the resto should make real breakfast.

Property is good, it is getting a bit older but ok. I wish the pool had more long chairs and more dining options

they where doing construction where we where staying the ac did not work room was hot, and the room was very small

I would never stay here again or tell anyone to stay here! The bed was rock hard the air banged on every5 minutes and woke both me and my husband up the tv’s are tiny and weirdly low on the wall they would have been uncomfortable to watch if that was available but there was no cable service while we were there. The whole stay as a mess!!! Definitely not worth even close to what we paid!!

I would never stay here again or tell anyone to stay here!
