The hotel is old but clean, the one shortfall is, the walls are very thin and one can hear everything. Fortunately it quited down at a reasonable time.

The rooms were fine. The hotel was clearly pretty run down at some point and the current owners have spruced it up with some fresh paint and new flooring. It was a comfortable stay, but very poor value for the price. After taxes the room was $233, which for a hotel if this quality was outrageous.

Very nice and convenient excess of everything. Room was very nice and newly renovated but bathroom was little tight but clean.

Great hotel for a comfortable night’s sleep. Comfortable beds & pillows, clean (white, not dingy) linens, rooms nicely decorated, well maintained and very clean. Staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Staff was very accommodating. Check in was a bit slow took probably 20 minutes think that was because several showed up at same time. Breakfast was great! This is an older facility has been updated like no carpet in room which is great. The bed was comfortable linens nice.

Our room was always muggy, humid. Couldn't get it to dry out. Room is very small, no chair, no micro, no in room coffee. Was very clean.

My husband and I had never been to Thunder Bay. This accommodation was very nice. Extremely clean, cozy beds, nice breakfast. Hope to visit again one day as weee from Toronto.
