Great location. Easy walking distance to tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. Very helpful staff, went out of their way to help in any way they could. Great breakfast to start your day. Lovely staff.

Really lovely hotel, we drove & it was a little difficult to find but other than that it was perfect. We were upgraded to a room with a large patio with fabulous views and the buzz of the city below ..double glazing was perfect in blocking all that out when we wanted to. Staff were amazingly helpful recommending restaurants etc & breakfast was superb...all in all a perfect place to stay right in the centre of Valencia . Highly recommended.

Great location. A side street off of a Main Street near the main square. Very quiet. I had a junior suite, it was huge and well appointed. Helpful front desk, great housekeeping service. I never had breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

Staff very friendly. Room was very comfortable & pleasant, complimentary water is a nice touch. Would have been nice to have a iron/board. Convenient - Metro to Airport and other locations, walking distance to many of the sights

I would suggest taking into consideration slippers for a superior room, and placing a soap dispenser by the bidet.

The attendants at the lobby were sweet. We arrived late because there was a huge festival going on in the city. They actually told us about the festival and marked the important locations on a map so we could attend. Their attitude and treatment were warm and attentive from beginning to end. As for the hotel, the room was beautiful and clean. I loved the amenities. It looked classy and beautifully decored just as advertised. Parking was tricky because of the festival (the city was mobbed with seas of people) so it was beyond the hotel's control. We parked towards the outer ring of the city overnight. This allowed us to get the car out even when all the streets were closed because of the Fallas festivities. Aside from that, the hotel is in the middle of all the action, close to restaurants and major city squares and churches.

Hotel is in a great position right in the centre of Valencia with inexpensive parking right below. Room was really nice and probably one of the best breakfasts we have had in a hotel with so many wonderful choices. (Try their mini cupcake tortillas & muffins) There was a plethora of restaurants right outside the hotel main entrance and a really buzzing atmosphere. We will be staying here again.
