We were there for 3 days. Housherping never came. We had to ask for fresh towels and soap. 3 times we had a clogged toilet for no good reason.

Great budget hotel. Clean, comfortable, affordable. Friendly front desk staff. Small authentic family run mexican restaurant downstairs. Have stayed at several places in the area and this is now our preferred for the price. They have a pool although we did not take advantage of it. Will stay again.

Absolutely great! We booked this last minute on the way to Joshua Tree and I can say that I am very impressed! Would stay here again.
The front desk associate was fantastic. We checked in Friday around 9pm, so whoever was helping us was so welcoming and made us laugh.
If you are looking for a place to stay near Joshua Tree for a great price I highly recommend!

The door doesn’t properly lock so that freaked me out. I had to put the ironing board against the door in case someone tried to open it during the night. Check out time was 11 am but room service opened my door without my permission at 10am which knocked down the ironing board on my air filter machine. How rude. I was disappointed with my stay. Also, no clothes hangers were found. The room’s tv was on when I first walked in. The cleaning service should be more on top of things. Also, one of the bath towels was stained very yellow. Yikes!

Property definitely could use some updating. Out cold spigot ran warm & the hot spigot was really hot!!

The pool was really dirty. My bathtub had stagnant water for hours. I was expecting a better place like in the pictures. And it has little animals in the bedroom. The restaurant was really good. The restaurant is cheaper and delicious. But the hotel needs more maintenance and cleaning.
