I was in town for a 3 day convention at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The Sagamore is within a 10-15 minute walk / 5 minute drive to the convention center. I had a great experience there. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive to all my needs. This is known as the "art" hotel because many gallery owners display artwork throughout the hotel, mainly on the first floor. The hotel itself is in a prime location on Collins Ave within walking distance to many trendy restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Miami.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this amazing hotel. The location is absolutely great. The pool and access to the beach is another top reason to stay here. The staff honestly treat you like you are a lifetime friend who is welcomed back with open arms. Melody, Shelly and Lewis on reception are so helpful and also so knowledgeable of the area and so approachable. Ask them a question and they will do their best to give you a honest answer. They really do just want you to have a great day. Delroy and Mariano in concierge are always so helpful and just fun to say “Hi” to and genuinely just want you to have a great time in Miami. The whole team are 10 out of 10 and I look forward to visiting them again when possible. A massive Thank you guys for helping my son and I to have a great 4 night weekend stay.

It was a great experience

Had an excellent stay at the historic Sagamore Hotel. The staff was friendly and beyond my expectations. Delroy was accommodating and assisted our every request about the amenities and area. Sagamore is now my hotel of choice whenever in Miami.

We love the Sagamore, from the front office to the staff. What a nice stay. The art vibe is great.

Great location to enjoy the beach. The room I stayed in was beautiful with a great view of the ocean. Would recommend for vacation.

The hotel looks outdated as soon as you walk in the lobby. Then when you walk pass the front desk it looks better. The pool area is great. Pool is kind of small and shallow. The elevator was old and out of order. The rooms looked like the 90s, stained furniture/throw pillows. Old rusty mirrors and shower head. Cracked title floors in the living room. Sliding doors don’t close shut for privacy. One of our beds was missing a leg so when you sit on it, it would drop to the floor. The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful and friendly. Melody at checkin is amazing. The guys working at the beach and pool area are very nice. I have been emailed by the hotel and offered a discounted stay for next time but that’s not good enough. This was my children’s first time in Miami and this hotel was definitely a disappointment.

Loved staying here. We were upgraded to a lovely room; the elevator was out of service which was inconvenient but nbd. The staff is always lovely and the amenities are gorgeous. One of my favorite South Beach locations.

The music by the pool played till 11 or 11:30 pm and would start at 8 or 9 am. Hard to get a good night's sleep.
