Hotel is great, especially for the price point. Room is nice, shower is spacious and upgraded from what you would expect. The only bummer, and it's samll, is the hot food for the breakfast is kept behind a table and only served by the lady who is there. I guess its a way to cut down on someone piling up their plate, but its awkward waiting and having to get her attention to come over to serve you. Been to other similar chains, and same stuff (scrambled eggs, sausage, etc) is out for everyone to take, but with a sign "One serving per guest" or something like that. The time and money spent having her stop what she is doing makes no sense, especially when you then notice that she hasn't had time to restock other items.

It's a nice hotel in a good pretty secluded area. The area is quiet with a McDonald's right next door. I noticed that one of the handles on the cabinets barely on by one screw and the toilet handle was also loose. The complimentary breakfast doesn't have as many item options as other Wyndham Hotel chains do but the food it still good and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional.

The hotel was dirty with old furniture. The hallways are dirty, and the carpet hasn't been washed in months or years. The furniture by the pool is old and broken. The pool needs some cleaning. The breakfast was the worst. Continental breakfast style (but the waitress had to serve you the food). You couldn't serve yourself sausage, eggs, or potatoes. The milk was expired. The items in the fridge (juice, yogurt and milk) were room temperature. The only decent thing was the waffle (but you have to wait in line cause they only have one waffle maker). The eggs were dry and tasted horrible. The sausage and potatoes were overcooked. I don't know if the "waitress/server" was also the cook/housekeeper/busser, but they need someone who knows how to cook.

Terrible. No parking. Room smelled musty with a strange odor. Was told by the service desk to park down the street or in a handicapped parking stall as there is always minimal parking. This was a large facility hotel with 3 floors of rooms. They only had about 30 parking spaces and 6 people took 2 parking spaces. Nothing on the website regarding this issue. I parked in handicapped and was not pleased in doing that at all.

The room was not what we booked on Hotels.com but hotel was full due to a Regatta in the area so we didn’t complain.
The full bed which should have been a queen was very uncomfortable.
Took several rings of the bell to get anyone to help at the front desk.

It was a bit run down. The iron and blow dryer did not work although the front desk was able to give me working ones. The carpet needs to be replaced. The room was comfortable. There were a few kitchen items in the kitchenette. The pool and hot tub need cleaning as do the chairs and tables outside. The breakfast was well done and well stocked.

We found a few ants in our bed, and when we checked out, there was no apology. They only said they would have someone look into it.
We've stayed here numerous times and never had an issue until now. The room needs updating for sure. The free breakfast was just ok. It used to be better.
Overall, the stay was fine and bed was comfortable.

check in was good, we pre paid. room was adequate. Shower head was awful. shower curtain did not close all the way at either end. Spa was luke warm at best, which was a disappointment. breakfast was adequate.. price was good, along with free breakfast are the reasons i stayed there. would i stay there with my grandkids.. nope

The room wasn’t really clean. There was mold in the shower and the mattress protector was ripped and dirty. The sheets were clean though

Carpet filthy. I was scared to walk in the room without my shoes. Can’t even make anything to eat, the vibe of the whole room, is that bad. If you are traveling and come back late, you get to park at McDonald’s. No idea if vehicle is safe parked there. Staff are moody to smile at you. Doesn’t feel welcome. Hallway stings. Breakfast area, tables always dirty. From inside it looks like a beat down property.
Beds were of good size for my kids.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property within the last 3 months. The rooms are spacious and they have everything you need for a night or two. There is nothing fancy, but it does. If you are in the first or second floor you do notice anyone walking above you.

Room very run down. Room had bugs (cockroaches). Bedroom sheets had stains on it. Bathroom had no fan. No supplies. Staff very unaccomadating. Very bad experience for my family ans I.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There’s plenty of junkies outside, The rooms are filthy, and the facility as a hall is disgusting. I really wish that I never stayed here.

I didn't like that you have wait for front desk assistance. The facility apparently is rated 8.5?? But in reality I think isa 6. Air conditioner seems that it doesn't work properly. Shower pressure is on and off. Hallway needs more cleanliness.
