Rusty Parrot is a 1st class property. Spotless! Staff was friendly & knowledgeable as to where to go for hiking & seeing wildlife. The hot tub was wonderful after our hike. In addition coffee, tea or cider is available all day with fresh baked goodies in the afternoon. Nightly turn down service with chocolates & a poem. Rusty Parrot goes above and beyond. There is nothing we didn’t like but if I had to make a suggestion it would be to expand the menu in the restaurant. Food was delicious but menu is limited. I would highly recommend Rusty Parrot!

The service and hotel were wonderful from the moment you arrived. Everything is clean, if you need anything they are happy to get it. Complimentary water is provided along with plenty of fresh towels. We also appreciated the help with our luggage.

The Rusty Parrot Staff continually went out of there way to make sure you were happy and had everything you needed. Well appointed rooms, nice comfortable bed and everything was spotless clean! Proximity to the town square , restaurants, events, Yellowstone etc. was wonderful. They left fresh fruit and or candy in the room for your enjoyment everyday. Rustic but modern facility across the street from a park, and within walking distance of the dining and shopping options that surround the Jackson town square. Staff was cheerful and attentive, and our breakfast in the in-house restaurant was delicious.
