Room service never came. We had to search out clean towels and take out our own trash. They line up the hall with carts, but never came in our room.

Reception was quick and easy. The breakfast provided was actually very delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The folks were all very nice. Our issues were: hairs in shower, bathroom door knob missing, hole in bed cover, refrigerator not cooling (freezer frosted up), landscaping around property grown up & very weedy, no forks/spoons for breakfast, no OJ, gravy but no biscuits (7:30a). This could be a very nice facility if there was much more attention to quality details.

I normally don’t write negative reviews but in this case I have to. Booked 3 rooms, with 6 people. 1. The pool was not in operation this summer and no mentioning of that when we booked the hotel (the pool was one of the main reason for picking this hotel). 2. Air conditioning not work in our room, was finally moved to another room after arguing with the staff. That room had no working tv,( but we did not care to complain) 3. The breakfast was a joke, with almost no selection. 4. The staff, this was the worst part, they could not care less about their guests and made all of us so upset that we seriously discussed to drive back home. Again, I would stay away from this hotel.

We had 4 rooms which were all bad!! One room was not clean The other room, the HVAC was leaking The other room had no AC The last room needed a new battery in the smoke detector which did not get fixed once we asked for it to be fixed

They tried to put us in 2 rooms that had people already in there. They didn’t offer any alternatives.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the lady at the front desk. With that said, it was horrible. We will NEVER stay here again! The pool was not accessible, We reserved two rooms, one of the rooms had BLACK MOLD in the vent. This will be reported to the health department. This is unsafe and needs to be removed IMMEDIATELY ! The young lady was attentive and moved us to another room. The toilet seat in that room was CRACKED! The other rooms air vent stopped working around midnight. The refrigerator was not working. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! The price of both rooms are over inflated and the property is run down. AWFUL!

Faulty fire alarm that went of at 3am, and we had to leave the building.

Fire alarm went off at 3:45 am. NO staff on premises. A guest called 911. Apparently someone smoking in their room. We were in parking lot for over 1 hour. Breakfast horrendous. No fruit. No cereal. Coffee disgusting 2 days in a row. Bathroom toilet handle broken, water ran entire time. Alarm clock set for 1 hour behind. We missed breakfast first day due to time setting not accurate. Staff however very friendly, courteous - at least those who were at work besides the one not on duty during alarm. Compensated with $60 gift card for future stay.

Will never stay at this Best Western ever again, room was not clean, ice machine didn’t work, roaches, dirty toilets, trash under the bed. For three days we had no housekeeper . Not a great experience. Paid a great deal of money for the room to be like that.
