Hotel Titanic is an opulent and luxurious experience. The room was large and accomodating. Great area for sight seeing, but not so great for food. The steak restaurant attached to the hotel is possibly the most expensive steak restaurant there is, so not really an option for every night dining. Breakfast was a good spread and always quite busy, so best get in early. Staff were very helpful in organising transport and activities and did a great job.

The negative is only that outside there is construction of one of the cathedrals so there is really no view and the cleaning staff speaks no English.

On two occasions, the cleaners entered the room without any prior warning, which felt intrusive & rude. I also visited the spa, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. A group of teenagers were being loud and disruptive in the relaxation areas, making it impossible to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the floors around the beds and relaxation zones were wet, and the staff seemed indifferent to addressing those issues. I was asked to go naked & not to wear my swimsuit but all make teenagers were wearing swimsuits, which felt very frustrating.

We stayed here for the Berlin Marathon, and honestly I travel a TON for work and running, and this was one of the best hotel experiences I have EVER had. The hotel is perfectly clean, amazing amenities (gym and spa are top notch), staff is so accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat, SO impressed on so many levels.

Maybe the best hotel I’ve stayed at! We loved the spa and the hotel was just beautiful. Great kind staff too.

I loved the interior design and the smell of the hall, the cleanliness of the room and the services. I also appreciated the late check out (12:00). I did not like at all that in the bathroom of the room there was not the bidet.

The staff here was very polite and professional, and the property was lovely. The area around the hotel was nice and quiet, and a good location to walk to many of the sites we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay here again.
