It was a newly renovated room, they are still renovating the outside. Can park car and easy to call uber or head to Highett station. Clean and nice! The aircon is a new Mitsubishi with cold and warm functions. Lovely hotel!

Room was very small for 4 people to stay in. Room on my serviced every 3 days and when it was there was only half the number of towels left to guest ratio so was continually having to gather more. Beds not the most comfortable and the TVs were glitchy at best. And if you want wifi, forget streaming. Lucky to get a signal. Was also under construction in various parts of hotel but not advertised prior. Was disappointed for the week we stayed

Arrived tried to get in for dinner told booked out I am only one person? Couldn’t get a drink at bar? Had to walk down road to get food and drink . As a gold member this is not good enough!

The lady on reception was lovely and accommodating but the place itself was dark, and outdated. For what I paid I was disappointed with the room we got as it didn’t look like the picture.
I left my phone charger there and contacted staff, they said they would send it back at my expense to which it hasn’t arrived.
It’s been 3 weeks.

Great location if you’ve got friends, family or work nearby. Easy walk to rail station via cool cafes, restaurants, shops. Longer walk to Westfield mall. Older property well maintained.

The Buckingham International has a great room, clean and tidy. Location is amazing on Nepean Highway. Close to many attractions and close to the city.
My only note was about sound/noise isolation in the room. I could hear water flushing and running from the room above.
Service and staff were fantastic and always available for help.

Thought we had booked a 3 bedroom apartment but was a house separate to the motel complex. Not fatal but would like to have known prior to arrival. Kitchen great but lacking in kitchen utensils, cups, glasses, plates, saucepans. House was cold and had to run the split system heating, an oil heater and fan constantly to keep the house warm. Otherwise was a very enjoyable stay and staff were great and accommodating. Would definitely stay again but on the motel site.

Problem with double booking on arrival. Staff didn’t seem too keen to help. As I’d booked vie Expedia - it was up to me!

Have stayed here many times but first time in their French restaurant. Food was excellent. Offered bread which you hardly get anymore and refilled it. Chocolate soufflé was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.

You will see 4 photos attached we were put in a dark corner of which the light in front of the door didnt work, an electrical/comms box on the wall was just hanging half off and which exposed all the wires, there was dust all over the wall in front of our room, rubbish near our stairs, whilst the updated room looked good inside the mattresses were terrible and woke up with a very sore back and we didnt recieve the complimentary bottle of wine were ment to get. I have photos but it wont let me attach them.
