convenient location and decent price for staying Bay Area, Safeway, super charges in Safeway parking, couples of restraint around. I have stayed a couples of times.
but some beetles in my room bathroom, those might come out drainage gutter. And the garbage box under the vanity unit was not clean up this time also. I have asked the laidy in the hall way for asking clean up the room, she said she is not in charges my room, and the laidy in charges are on the break. she promised me let her know but never clean up and room making on that day.

It was VERY nice having a two-bedroom unit, and a full kitchen. The TV didn't work when we arrived, but a workman fixed it quickly. The bathroom sink stopper didn't work (I told the check-out clerk about that). The view from the room was of very busy streets and the roof of a large car dealership. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was VERY nice having a two-bedroom unit, and a full kitchen. The TV didn't work when we arrived, but a workman fixed it quickly. The bathroom sink stopper didn't work (I told the check-out clerk about that). The view from the room was of very busy streets and the roof of a large car dealership. I wish I could post pictures. The mattress I slept on had blood, urine and red wine stains. The carpet was so dirty, my white socks turned gray just walking around the room. We had to move rooms twice in our 3 day stay due to uncleanliness, a broken toilet that didn’t flush or an ac that didn’t work. I’ve traveled to Paris, Scotland, Mexico and all over the US. This stay was the worse to date. I asked the front desk for a refund but because I use a third party, they couldn’t issue one. Instead they gave me reward points- too few to ever use . Just overall not up to Marriott standards.
This is a one star hotel, don’t let the other reviews fool you.

Things were good except I didn’t like having to pay for parking! Even if I had no other choice but to park on the street, I still was told I needed to pay $12/day for parking! Plus no vending machines!

Pros: shopping center across street. Two bed-room rooms, and breakfast in morning.
Cons: charges for parking, facility and rooms are showing their age, and TVs kept restarting themselves when watching.

Pros: Staff was kind and helpful. They try to do the best with what they have. Beds were very comfortable.
Cons: You can hear EVERYTHING from the room above you!!! The property really needs some updating. Ants were in our bathroom and my friends room also had ants and a roach. Water pressure was horrible not matter what time of day/night you showered. No screens on the windows. Two of our windows had broken panes. Many of the dishes and silverware were in the cupboard dirty. We had to wash dishes and run the dishwasher before we could cook anything.

When checking in, one of the staff persons, Cristina, was very rude and abrasive. (However, Analisa was very polite and professional.) The bed linens smelled bad! The bath towels were flimsy. At check-in I advised we would like full housekeeping explaining that my husband is ill and going to Stanford for a medical procedure in the early morning and we would need the room clean as early as possible. We got back from the hospital at 1 p.m. and the room was not yet made up. We checked out of the hotel.
