Traffic noise. Could hear the pipes water flow every time a neighbor opened a water faucet. Shower was dingy. No in room coffee, although very nice it was available in the hotel lobby. People talking outside of room. Office staff very cordial. No “do not disturb” sign available to hang on the outside of door so house keeper knocked on door unnecessarily.

The checkin process was very easy and fast. The person at the counter was very friendly and nice. However, the rooms themselves were lacking. The toilet had certain previous use that could’ve been cleaned with a simple wipe down. The shower was particularly in a state that we decided to not use it. One of us woke up from a spider or something crawling on our face. I would not stay here again even for a few hours of sleep before heading home after a concert.

I liked the room, renovation updates were appealing, very good AC but at night the road noise and planes were very loud and they have very bright lights on outside all night which the blackout curtains help with but still hard to make the room dark at night.

Costumer service was excellent, swimming pool in very good conditions, water clean.

Lots of drug use at the property. Especially persons staying at the property. Very loud into the early hours of the morning as someone in the next room was maybe detoxing??? We have stayed there many times in the past. Will never again

Was a good location

It was really nice to have a quick, efficient and polite check-in after a long day of driving so we could enjoy a wonderful cool down in the pool, relax with a drink and be totally refreshed to continue our journey in the morning! Simple comforts for travelling.

The desk person Jeane was great.BUT we got to the room and it had not been cleaned was disqusting. beds stripped 2 garbage cans full previous peoples water bottle and soap wrappers and fingernails on bathroom floor. when we took the mattress pads off the beds so we could put clean ones on the 1 bed had old blood across the bottom of the mattress and urine stain all in the middle. I do have pictures if you want to see them. we booked 7 rooms for a wedding and 4 were NOT clean.

There was hair on the shower walls that definitely was not ours. Shower was a little bad with somekind of anti-slip surface that was peeling off. Shorted us wash cloths. Room was fairly clean and cool as the temp outside was almost 100. Overall it was OK for one night, but that would be all. Won't stay again

Upon driving up to the property, there are people loitering outside of the rooms. There was a whole group of people on the end of the property in the grass with a grill set up and lawn chairs. There were vehicles that looked like they didn’t run with people hanging out in them for hours. I was supposed to have a non-smoking room and as soon as I walked in, it’s smell like someone had smoked in there. I asked the clerk if she felt safe and she said yeah I got the feeling that she wouldn’t be staying here if she had a choice. I tried to move my reservation. It was just too late. I had to suck it up, go eat dinner and try and drink heavily to make it through the night. Bring your water shoes because the shower is nasty.!!!!

I booked a room at the Moses Lake, WA Motel 6 Itinerary # 72865120824864 checking in 6/29/2024 and out 6/30/2024. The booking cost $146.24. I understood that Motel 6 is not a high-end hotel and the cost was inflated due to checking in on the day of and on a summer Saturday night when it seemed that everyone was traveling. However, I did expect a reasonable level of quality and sense of safety. Issues: • We were greeted to the room by the poorly painted door with a hand scribbled room number on it with a bullet hole in it (see photo) • We requested a non-smoking room and it smelled of smoke and had a cigarette burn in the table (see photo) • We requested another blanket and it had a cigarette burn in it (see photo) • We tried to call the front desk but the telephone was inoperable • The shower floor was disgustingly dirty and peeling off and the shower head had a hole in the wall where the water supply pipe came out, we didn’t take a needed shower because it was too gross to get in the shower (see photos) • The refrigerator compressor was going out and it groaned so loudly that we could not go to sleep without unplugging it which caused it to defrost and drain water all over the floor • The TV stand / cabinet was dirty and obviously water damaged so that we did not want to use the shelves for storing our luggage or clothing • The property photos did not match the lack of quality and cleanliness we found in our room Had this room cost $50 - $70 I would not be making this

The room was small and the remote only worked for direct TV it didn’t control on/off or volume on the TV. The room was clean and the beds were decent.

The staff was incredibly friendly. It was clean and the room was much nicer than I was expecting. I could tell that they had made some recent upgrades.
