Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were very helpful and pleasant. Good hot breakfast options. Lots of restaurants for lunch or dinner in easy walking distance. Pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again if our travels take us through the Wenatchee area.

From reading a previous review about an issue with a late hour check in, I made sure to send a message to the hotel to let them know we wouldn't be checking in until very late, after a concert at The Gorge. Recv'd a reply back thanking me for the email & letting me know there shouldn't be any issue with a late night check-in as they do have someone at the front desk 24/7. And, we had no issues at all, very simple & quick check-in process. Room was very roomy & bed was super comfy. We had a large desk, mini fridge, and microwave in our room, which would be great if you were needing to stay overnight for business or such. The room was on the 1st floor, right next to the front desk area so there was some noise in the morning from rolling baggage. Hotel rooms are a little dated but not in bad shape. Appreciate standard check-out time is 12pm and, although we didn't use them, the pool, hot tub, & fitness room are open 24hrs. Hot breakfast is included and was better than a lot of the free breakfasts you get at hotels. Staff taking care of the breakfast area & food did a great job.

We got there very late, after a concert, at about 2 am, just as she was canceling our reservation. We went to sleep right away and slept in. We left before checkout time, and were charged again. I had paid cash when we got there and then the next day after we had left, was charged the full price on my card. The stay itself was fine, but I wouldn’t go back for the service..

Friendly staff but the property is very tired. There was a hole in the wall of our shower and the sink faucet leaked badly.

We travel with a small well behaved dog so this was the perfect option for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the walk across the foot bridge! We would recommend to everyone!

They were having issues with water pressure. I was not able to take a shower and I was here on an anniversary trip. When I went to the front desk to ask about the water they were telling the folks that were checking in that there were issues with the water and giving them the option to change their reservation. I was not told at check-in about this issue. Otherwise it was a cute Hotel not part of a chain, I would have even considered staying here again. But when I called back the next day to talk about refunds they did not even offer an apology for my experience, for not telling me at check in and giving me the option to change my reservation, I was disappointed that they didn't acknowledge the issue. We ended up moving packing up and moving hotels instead of going out to our dinner reservation.

My 3 day stay here fit all of my needs. It is not a 5 star resort but very clean and a super friendly staff. Breakfast was super clean and well staffed. I stayed here as a hub for a show at The Gorge Theater and then explored the lakes to the north. Plenty of dining and shopping options and great parks in this town. The only knock I had was their "gym" is really a few cardio machines. Other than that I would certainly stay again.

We stayed there after a concert in the gorge. It is on the way home for us. Hotel is great. The pool would be lots of fun for kids. It is a small triangle perfect for Marco Polo. The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was yummy.

Love most of the staff- funny and easy to get along with. Easy to find- easy access to amenities in Wenatchee. Love the creepy bridge- beautiful kept parks. Reminds me of home
