Overall the stay was great. But, the building was under construction so it was a little chaotic. While brushing my teeth in the morning the wood panel that covers the sink pipes fell off and smashed my ankles and feet. When I let the staff know, they said “ok we will let maintenance know.” The property itself is beautiful and in a quiet safe area. Room was big and super nice and clean.

This was not a good stay at this location: 1. All public facilities/amenities were closed/inaccessible due to hotel remodeling. 2. Temporary hotel check-in was at the back hotel elevators with my room closest to the noise and traffic of guests/employees just outside of my room. 3. I was told there were no other rooms available to move to, hence I was stuck in this room. This, I cannot believe ... there was no apparent effort to relocate me or upgrade or even downgrade me to a more acceptable room with less foot traffic and noise. 4. No effort was made to reduce the room cost to try to offset and compensate for my trouble and inconvenience. 5. I will not be staying at this hotel again, regardless, even after remodeling is completed. 6. More effort should have been made by the hotel to notify me/other guests prior to booking the room. We certainly deserved that vs. making a quick buck at the expense of guests satisfaction.

The Hampton is a great place to stay. They are renovating this one and it is a little inconvenient for now but once done, it will be great.

We booked a room on Travelocity that the hotel stayed they didn't even have a jet tub room availabile and that Travelocity is responsible for the false advertisement of that room and that as a 3rd party they can chose what they want to advertise. That doesn't even make sense and especially the night of our wedding we were extremely disappointed. Not to mention they are completely under construction without a pool or hot tub and Travelocity also advertises that without any warning of them being under construction so we couldn't use any of those amenities either. This is the second time with the last 2 hotels that this has happened. Will never be using Travelocity again. Requested refund for the completely incorrect room that the hotel we booked never even had and the pool and tub closec completely down. Very unfortunate on the night of our wedding.

This facility is under a construction renovation, so no “real lobby”, I just had shoulder surgery and staff couldn’t/ wouldn’t open the door for me. Breakfast at the hallway and outdoors..but no discount on the price. Was charge $75 for my dog for 1 night. Don’t think I will be staying here again

This property is under complete renovation. No amenities are available such as pool, jacuzzi or laundry. No front lobby check in, check in is at the back of the hotel at a table. I understand that all properties go thru renovations but this was NOT disclosed to me when booking this stay. Super disappointing.

Overall good stay. Great morning breakfast. Only gave four stars as the beds were not very comfortable and the fire alarm woke us up in the AM because the construction crews was working on it. Friendly staff!

Property is being updated and there should be better visible signs displaying where to go to check in. Staff at night during check in was great. The morning staff when checking out was a grump and never said a word while exiting.

This property is still under construction. We stayed in a King Studio Suite. Wall between bathroom & living area needs to be sound proofed. Deadbolt would not lock. Layout a bit awkward. Towels very thin. Conditioner in shower was out. Dining was outside with no cover. This layout was tough for a night owl and early bird to share. Light switch to bathroom was on the outside wall. Staff was great.

Photos online looked like rooms were older but they were remodeled. Breakfast was good and stopped at 10am which I loved. Staff friendly. Room clean with fridge and microwave!

The staff was amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable. Other guests were noisy late at night so it was hard to sleep.
