I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about my experience. At first glance, the property is stunning, but upon closer inspection, I was disappointed by the cleanliness. The bedsheets had mould, and there were noticeable gaps in the floorboards, which posed a safety risk—my friend nearly got hurt.
Additionally, the kitchen was not usable, which was unexpected for a villa. It's disappointing to find that you can't cook in a space that is supposed to have kitchen facilities.
On a positive note, when I brought these issues to the staff's attention, they addressed them promptly. I appreciate the good service, especially from Harry, who made our stay smoother and more enjoyable.
Given that this is a five-star chain, I expected higher standards of hygiene and maintenance from the start. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, the responsiveness of the staff is commendable.

The property is safe and quite. The staffs are very friendly and professional especially Aaron ( his Vietnamese name is Do) . He is super nice and excellent staff. I’ll stay here again next time. Highly recommended .

Stayed at a 3 bedroom villa for 6 nights, excellent place for a family trip, the staff, food were great. 20 minutes away from center of town, if you want some peace and quiet away from the crowd, this is the place.

Had a great time. 4 nights 5 days. The cart ride can be a bit bothersome but the staff responds quickly and usually they are at the door within minutes from the call. Very nice pool on each villa. Kids loved it and couldnt stay out of the pool for the majority of the stay. We also utilized the main pool and had some fun shooting at hoops inside the pool. The kiddy pool is also useful if you have infants.
The spa was great. It also went well with the babysitting service at the kid zone. 2 hours of babysitting went well with 90 minutes of pleasure during the massage treatment.
Only suggestion is that the staff may needs to change their uniform to something less formal? It seems like they were having hard time with the weather being so hot.

A lovely, relaxing place to stay. Great villa and private pool set up and approx 15mins car ride to both Da Nang and Hoi An so lots of great options to enjoy and explore. We went snorkelling to Cham Islands and thoroughly recommend also.

We booked the 2 bedroom garden villa. While it was the smallest on offer, it has well surpassed all our expectations.
The service, serenity and facilities were all top notch. The service staff remembered all our names and trips which weren't organised through the hotel! The restaurants, pools and beach felt all so private. We thoroughly enjoyed the service at the spa - and as an added bonus - the jacuzzi and steam bath are complimentary. Room service was the fastest I have experienced too!
My son loved it so much, he calls it his favourite place ever and wishes our home was just like this.

This resort is the absolute BEST!! The villa, amenities, etc. are world class but the best part of all is the staff. They are beyond amazing. I have too many stories that I don’t have enough room to tell here about how the staff went above and beyond in all situations. Alex and Chris especially were just incredible. Could not believe how much they showed that everyone truly cared about our stay and making it special. The beach was so beautiful and perfect. We traveled with four kids under the age of 10 and they all had the best time. We will be going back for sure. Thank you for the best stay!!

This resort is the absolute BEST!! The villa, amenities, etc. are world class but the best part of all is the staff. They are beyond amazing. I have too many stories that I don’t have enough room to tell here about how the staff went above and beyond in all situations. Alex and Chris especially were just incredible. Could not believe how much they showed that everyone truly cared about our stay and making it special. The beach was so beautiful and perfect. Staffs are very kind and fool is clean, so, it was good to swim.
Everywhere is clean, so, cleaning in outside is very good.
House keeping is also good, and when request something, they brought something quickly.

We just came back from the worst family holiday ever. We had to cut short our trip by a day as my older son had food poisoning after eating their welcome fruit plate. Whilst the staff were empathetic it completely ruined the entire holiday as we couldn’t do anything. The kids club is so so basic that my kids weren’t even interested to go in. The restaurant is so outdated and the menu is so bizarre. Nothing like a beach resort at all. Villa was huge but you can’t use the kitchen and all drawers are empty. No towels when you need them. This is definitely NOT a Marriott standard hotel. It’s 3 stars at most. Flooring tiles are loose, stained furniture and just everything has a very old, outdated feel to it. The telephone was broken and took ages for them to fix. The worst is their kids menu. The staff is unable to create somerting simple to provide to kids. English level of staff is awful. We went to the Hyatt regency for dinner and it was so much better. Just the whole atmosphere was more modern and price wise, aroind the same. Do not make the mistake and fall for the trap that this is a Marriott beach resort. It isn’t!!
