When I arrived the room was not ready and cleaned. Arrives 5.40 pm. Got information that they have had no time to clean the room. Had to wait 45 minutes in a looby without no bevarage or service. Lady who cleaned was nit seeviceminded or welcomeing, no excuses or explaining. This is 100% not okey. No glasses at all in the room to drink water or other beverages. Laundry in hallway outside the room in big carts. No vaccuming before I got the room. Only changed sheets in one bed. I have contacted Hotels.com to conplainet and report this non service approach and attitude is not accetpable. Could not upload photos.

The room was in an okay condition but clearly run down Tv was tilted, walls and ceiling had evidence of old items now removed. Bathroom had mold in the shower area. The hot/cold was broken so almost not possible to change temperature, but water was very nice and hot. Toilet was missing a seat and for some reason there was a hammer under the sink. Room was very warm but the no aircon made it a sweaty night. Breakfast was okay, had a decent selection and coffee although the bread was very dry/ old? Receptionen was empty of people so checking out was a strange experience as the girls cleaning took care of it by telling us to just leave the room key. We got the room on short notice and for a good price so i would say that the price matched the quality. Beds was small but comfortable. For the price we paid it was acceptable.

Cheapest, untasty breakfast ingridients, they don't use plates, want their guests to place bread on papertowels. Overcooked egga. Yoghurt was empty, had to remind. 2. Problems during check-in, could not find my reservation. 3. No toilet-sit. 4. Butterfly-like insect in the room. 5. TV does not function properly. 6. Toilet for everyone had loud, hot washmashines working. Once was no toilet paper. 7. Before, the building was used for elderly people? Smells not so well. Old carpets in the room. Max 2 starts motel/hostage. 8. Sauna in the sport club next building for a small fee, which closes rather early and is separate for men and females. 9. Madrass, blankets rather yellow, if you open them. Refregerator in the room turned off. 10. Sun in the morning made a stake out of me, despite covered window. Positives? Clean bad, clean room, good shower. I will never go for less than 4 stars hotel ever again, adds a bad taste to your trip.

Reception is only staffed from 6AM to 5PM (an often not even during those hours). Rooms and communal areas are in a poor state of decoration/repair. Previous guests food was left in fridge. The room was not cleaned or serviced at all during a 4 night stay. The room only had lights over the door and window, nothing in the centre of the room. Breakfast was passable, but limited. It would probably have been difficult to get table space during bust times.

Upon walking up the stairs I noticed that the carpets were covered in stains of all colors and sizes. This was true from one end of the hallway to the other. When I got to my room it was the same, big brown and white splotches all over and there were parts where you could see the floorboards through the carpet. The sheets on the bed were clean however I noticed something particularly disgusting on both of the smaller black pillows on the beds: crusty white stains which could have only been one thing. How you miss obvious semen stains on black pillows, I don’t know. I’ve known teenagers who put more care into cleaning that stuff up.

Good place in a beautiful area of Stockholm. Reasonably priced - good value for the money. The essential of the rooms was of good quality. I would only recommend the staff to improve a few things and keep it a bit tidier... the piles of unclean towels were exposed in open areas of the corridor (those could be in hidden service areas)..

One of the worst hotels I have been to, very filthy and images are nothing like what it looks like. Half-finished works are mixed with very old builds, and half broken furniture.

Very dated (and dirty) rooms (furniture, carpets, toilet /shower). Bed lined were clean and breakfast modest but ok. It was quiet at night at the hotel and outside. We were visiting family friends in Lidingö so this location was perfect. Otherwise I probably would have left as soon as I came across previous guest’s hair on chairs and shower room floor.. The helpful Reception person ran the breakfast buffet and probably does the cleaning too, so not surprising. More staff for cleaning and a refurbish would make a big difference. Also note that there are no hotel staff members present overnight.

The rooms were terrible. The housekeeping was almost absent. The beds were very dirty and with some old linen. The bathroom was dirty and full of mould. We were offered a different room but the conditions were the same. We were together with another family. They experienced the same as us. We asked for a refund, but the hotel does not reply to our numerous email. Stay away from this hotel.
