This time of the year it is hard to find affordable lodging in North Conway. At any other time of the year it would have been vastly overpriced. In comparison to other options in the area at this time I guess it was adequate.
Dated (and not in a good way), mattress was uncomfortable, noisy street and noisy wall heater/AC, spider webs in the bathroom...I think you get the picture. If returning would try to stay somewhere else, but if limited options would be willing to return

This is an older facility that is showing its age. It is not bad to be sure, but quite ordinary.

The room was not large, but it was spotless and very well maintained. The air conditioner was quiet and the matress comfortable. The location is convenient and within an easy walk of several restaurants. This is one of the best values in the area.

I had a great time at the school house inn. I even got a free rook upgrade. It was a nice place to stay and the location is also very good. I had a great sleep. I’d like to stay there again next time!

One of the most comfortable, friendly, cleanest places around. Not fancy, just, comfortable, inviting, and relaxing! Annie was amazing!

It was ok. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Small, but clean. The bathroom sink was actually in the living area, which was unique. The staff were extremely nice. However, we will be looking for accommodations elsewhere next time, purely based on the size of the room.

We enjoyed our stay at the School House Inn. We were attending a wedding and were able to get an early check-in enabling us to change our clothes before attending the wedding. Thanks for accommodating our early check-in.

The place was well kept and the owner/workers were helpful. Would recommend if looking for an affordable place to stay for a quick in and out.

This place was perfect for us. It was very close to everything. It was dated but clean and the staff was excellent. They even printed out a ticket that we needed for a show we were going to. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was perfect,very quiet and our room was immaculate. Everyone was so friendly. When planning our next trip in that area, this will be on our list.
