I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was as very large with great amenities. I highly recommend having dinner at the restaurant as the food is excellent and the staff is highly dedicated. The only thing that could be improved though is the pricing for spa as it’s a bit expensive in my opinion.

After we had to change the proposed room wich was very noisy due to a tramway driving in front of the hotel, we were placed in a room with windows offering light but no view and which could not be opened. At least the room was quiet. The furniture and equipment are of high quality and tasteful. We just missed a little piece of furniture or at least a board to depose our toilet accessories. The breakfast was very good, with one exception: the water for tea is kept in a heated tank and therefore has a very bad taste. The personal is very friendly and helpful. we globally enjoyed our stay in Breslau.

We enjoyed our stay at the Altus Palace, it’s a very nice hotel with large rooms and very helpful staff. We dined at the restaurant, the food was great but quite expensive. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a bit of luxury

This is a luxury hotel, tastefully decorated, meticulously finished and well looked after. The staff is super nice, extremely polite and very helpful. We asked to change our room and the next day we were offered an upgrade. Breakfast was delicious and there were lots of varieties.

We had an interior room - which was beautiful, and most importantly, quiet - so we could acclimate to the 9 hour time change and sleep soundly when we needed to. The breakfasts were the best I've ever had. Staff were very accommodating to my gluten allergy and there were plenty of options to choose from.

The Altus Palace is an elegant hotel. Service is excellent and rooms are comfortable. I enjoyed using the spa facilities.

One side of the hotel is only 5 meters from tram. My design double room is on the ground floor so it is very noisy. The room condition is very nice, new and clean but noisy from tram. There is no food and beverage credit for VIP hotels.com's member as mentioned when book with Hotels.com
