The room was clean. Only problem was that one of the bedside lights did not work.

Overall was a great stay for the family. Only issue was our room Keys were set for us to check out a day earlier than our reservation. Staff was quick to help and fix it but it was definitely annoying

Was so impressed with this hotel on our recent stay! Clean, spacious, comfortable, great breakfast, and I especially appreciate the night light in the bathroom! Not many hotels have that. Great accommodations at a great price! I would book this hotel again!

The hotel was nice and clean. We had no issues. We stayed 4 nights and our room was cleaned every day. Great location!

Very clean, warm and inviting atmosphere.
Disappointed in road noise due to southern room's window facing a busy highway. This stuck out as the only issue in an otherwise comfortable stay.
Breakfast options were limited but good enough, including hot and cold options.
Coffee was fresh at all hours, and I found space in and out of my room for business activities.
Overall very satisfied. Will definitely stay again.

We were very pleasantly surprised at how welcoming the lobby was and freshly modern decor. Our room was upgraded and we were very thankful for a larger suite with separate sitting area. Although the hotel is near the busy interstate, it was very quiet and we heard no highway noise at all. Great place to stay for business, family or couple.

Nice room on ground floor. Quiet and comfortable! Very close to our favorite Irish Pub, the Harp.

While we enjoyed the staff, there were a lot of issues. No vending machines and curling dry wall where there was supposed to be ice and vending. Pull out bed was horrible quality. The tv was broken on one side, so we had to put a cup under it to make it level. While our beds were made (and beautifully so), our room was not vacuumed.
Now for some of the good things: The housekeeping staff on our first night laid my son’s stuffed animals out with so much care. He was THRILLED. The indoor pool is such a plus! Despite it being quite full, it was fairly quiet at night. With a few minor adjustments, we would totally stay here again!

A family was across the hall...the children were noisy in and out of the room. The father raised his voice extremely loud early in the mornings and very late at night.
Not appreciated when you're sleeping.

One unfortunate thing happened on the day I checked out. When I got up in the morning, there was an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke/tobacco. It was strong enough to make me feel like there was somebody in the room smoking! I certainly have no idea how that could happen, but fortunately, it dissipated fairly quickly.

Great room. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Worst part of stay was room key not letting me into room. Had to have room keys replaced and only about to use once.

Overall I was quite happy with my three day stay, and the price was good for the quality. The woman at the desk on day shift was very helpful, as were those who cleaned the room.

The key cards do not work at this facility. We had them reset a minimum of 8 times during our stay. Even after resetting they didnt work half the time and the front desk attendent had to let us in with her master key. I got locked out of the building because my key wouldnt workhad to walk all the way around carrying my old dog because she cant walk that far. Not fun. If you stay on the side of the hotel that faces the freeway the traffic noise is very loud and starts at 4am. Other than that the staff was very nice and apologetic about the keys. The bed was comfortable and the room large and clean.

Our stay was very enjoyable! We were welcomed by the front desk clerk who was very friendly! She signed me up for rewards. She called to ask how everything was. Room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious. The cost was very reasonable. I’d recommend it to anyone!

Rooms were great, very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the open areas to sit and relax in and the pool & exercise rooms were good. Kids liked the breakfast as well.
