Our stay was awful. As soon as we walked in we noticed the filthy circle carpet, lifted it up and saw a ring of dirt on the floor. The front desk came in and vacuumed (not cleaned). The picture shows the floor after we asked for it to be cleaned - my wife wiped the floor. Once the front desk attendant left. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned the next day. When we returned to our room, the door was left open so anyone could've walked in and taken our belongings. Of the four bathroom towels we received, one had large dirt stains all over it. Late Saturday night in the grass area outside everyone's rooms, there was a party going on with people running back and forth along the hallways keeping our 1 year old up and our dog barking at the people coming by our door. When we called security they arrived about an hour later and we heard the next morning the security officer said it wasn't loud when he arrived, so he did nothing. It cemented the fact that we should get a travel trailer. Do not spend your hard-earned money here.

Door on first room was broken. Was moved to a different room but the TV Remote was also broken lol. The receptionist Andrew was amazing and help us with our troubles. Property 6/10 but the staff 10/10.

Door has large gaps you can hear everything from outside. Window has no insulation to cover up noise. You can hear nearby services through air conditioning vent.

I like the convenience to the beach. While room was clean and updated, room was drafty. Needed shower curtain as half wall did not work well in keeping water from going on floor. Also, need additional towel racks.

We were forgotten about and ended up with late check in, even though we were there at 2 30. Our tvs didn't work, and we were sent a technician to help that was unable to get any of them in the cottage to work. Compared to the photos, everything in the cottage was just dirty and worn down. Staff was very friendly though.

We stayed for a family trip. Room was exactly as pictured. They are doing some remodeling so parking is limiting. Due to train containers in parking lot. Bathroom is small and no where to hang wet swimsuits. Upon checking in I was early by a few hours and was told they will text when room is ready. However, never received a text.
Next morning I went to take a shower but no hot water. I contacted the front desk by text. Due to no direct line to front desk. After a few minutes, I was told maintenance will be working on it. Booked this for my relatives. Location is undergoing remodeling so large storage containers in parking lot. Rooms and bathrooms were nice. Waaaay overpriced. Nice view of ocean from parking lot and upper deck. Would not stay at again at these prices. Called and told the front desk we would arrive between 10-11 pm. They didn't tell me I'd have to check in at property next door. Had to run over there so my relatives who were exhausted wouldn't be freezing while getting their room keys. I wish they would have told us. Office staff nice and helpful. Sorry but not worth over $850 for 2 nights

Loved the cottage. I wish that it would have been in better condition and clean. Kitchen floor, furniture and carpet were very dirty. I made sure to keep my shoes on. The service and location were great. The place needs a good cleaning and remodel.

When we got to our room, it was about 10 pm. We wanted to quickly shower and go to bed (2 adults and a 2 year old). Well the shower had only freezing cold water. I called the after hours number and all they could do was apologize and say the maintenance gets in at 8am.

The fridge was leaking water internally so when I opened it is released about a gallon of freezing water all over my shoes.
When I raised these issues to the front desk I got no apology, just “well you booked with Expedia so there’s nothing we can do”
The property has been updated beautifully but it’s just a cover up. Some of the staff is so kind. I really hope the manager I speak to can settle the issues.
