The breakfast was surprisingly great, try the hot cinnamon rolls. Room was clean, all basic amenities covered. Friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for more from a basic hotel stay.

All of the employees are friendly and accommodating. The hotel is old and dated (examples: furniture, incandescent lighting, carpeting; floor tiles in the elevators were chipped & broken). Surprisingly, the room had no closets or luggage rack.

Didnt tell anyone the hotel was underconstruction so all we heard was banging outside our room. So we couldnt sleep in... refrigerator would rock forward when you open the door so it dumped our stuff out, chair was torn up, parts of the molding were chipped off...

The building is probably old, as we could hear the pacing of guests on the upper level. Breakfast was very good. Staffs were courteous.

The staff at front desk were great. Bed was way too hard, it was like a brick. Breakfast was ok, asked for more cream for coffee at 950am and was told no, breakfast ended at 10am.

I had to get two sets of card keys replaced. Staff on duty was not to concerned . He wasn’t the one inconvenienced.
I asked Saturday morning staff about the lobby coffee ( there wasn’t any ). I was told to wait until breakfast. Or go back to my room and make it. What happened to the staff helping a guest ( lazy staff )

A bit difficult to find on the windy road, but gps will get you there! Check-in was very nice and they were able to accommodate our couple hours' early arrival. Satellite TV was down Thursday, but fixed the next day. Discount offered (no time to watch tv anyhow). The parking lot was REALLY full Friday (because of buses' and semis' poor parking), but we DID find a place. All three days had a different warm breakfast selection to avoid boredom, plus the new refrigerators with real freezer were so helpful with drinks and restaurant left-overs storage.

Very nice hotel, great location. Staff was very helpful and professional. The only issue I had was the Wi-Fi which was absolutely awful. Would stay there again.

Hotel makes it a point not to give water and even if you ask, they will give you one very small bottle.

I’m not sure if it was lack of training but they made a mistake with our room reservation. Instead of keeping us in the same room for 2 nights (as confirmed by the front desk when I called prior to my arrival), we were made to switch rooms at 11 am the following day. It was so annoying and inconvenient. Otherwise, our stay was good and the facility was clean.
