The hotel was clean and tidy but we had no hot water so had to shower with cold water no a good start when we going to a funeral

Lets stick with the positives... If you have an electric car... the is a reassuring supply of power from the Diesel Generator situated right outside the window that powers on randomly... not only does this mask the noise from the HGV's, it also doubles as a massage bed, vibrating nicely through the mattress... If youre staying over for a flight from Stansted, no need to set an alarm, the flow of other travellers melodically banging cases on your door as they pass, testing their vocal range will ensure youre wide awake in time for your flight!

Short stop over before an early flight. Room was nice and comfortable. Not spotless clean with a dirty spoon and hairs on the sink but overall can’t complain with the cheap price. Would definitely use again.

Very convenient on the services 10 minutes from Stansted airport. Had an early flight. Slept well, quiet room great shower free parking!

Few hours stay before flying. Parking was free. Located very close to the airport which was super handy. Guy on front desk was helpful at check in. Noise of aeroplanes was noticeable but you can’t be surprised that close to the airport. Handy and convenient for a pre flight stay on a budget.

We stayed for two nights everything went smoothly staff were very friendly and were always ready to assist especially Karolina. The rooms where clean and comfortable. It was an overall good experience.

Stay was very pleasant. Very close to the airport. We have arrived at night and it was very difficult to find a parking spot due to the poor lighting of the area.

Pros: - good price compared to other hotels in the area - easy accessible if you come by car - there is an oasis nearby with food court and everything - staff really nice - they can store your baga before check-in or after check-out - the bathroom was clean Cons: - there was a strong smell coming from the carpet on the left side of the bed (room 116) - there is limited transportation by bus at night - the taxi, Uber, Bolt from airport to the hotel is around 30£ - there is no shuttle bus - there is no central heating/cooling, they provide you with an electric heater and a cooling fan (which is very noisy, so no chance to sleep with it turned on) - the building itself is very noisy, thin walls. - there is no fan in the bathroom, after taking a shower you have to let the steam and humidity out in the room.

Close to Stanstead airport with ample parking space, convenient.

Reservation was for a double, twin and single, room allocated was double and single. Was directed to where the pull out single bed was and the bedding and asked to make the bed ourselves. Room was also incredibly hot, no air conditioning or fan proved on arrival.

Location is very good, it is in a Service area near the Standsted Airport, has free parking and overall condition of the hotel is good
