It was a great stay. Comfortable, reasonable, convenient to so much. The staff was awesome as usual especially the night staff at the restaurant. They were amazing. Thanks for another great stay.

All furniture is very old and deteriorating. The room has smell the bed frame sticking out. I heard my foot couple of times.

It was good in most part. It was just a bit of confusion and hold up at the reception due to the way it was booked it only showed one room versus the 2 under 2 separate names which they were booked on the double queen beds and had to be swapped to a king size bed room.

Check in was not great, no hospitality at check in. The Resturant was great very hospitable and friendly waitress staff, made me feel at home. The food was great, I would come back just to eat without being a guest. The chef definately knows what he is doing, pays attention to detail. The Resturant made if for the lack of hospitality at check in.

I STAY HERE EVERY TIME I COME TO WORK IN OXNARD SPECIFICALLY FOR THE RESTAURANT. The staff is awesome and the BRAISED SHORT RIB DINNER IS WORTH THE PRICE OF THE ROOM! I wish the shower put out HOT water but aside from that, best hotel in the area.

Hotel was okay but the hallways and elevators smelled and it was very warm inside the hotel and lobby. Tea was available all day but hot coffee was only in the morning. Smallest pool we've seen at hotels. Overall it was decent but i would not visit again.

Our room was on the first floor facing a area that was hidden from view. My complaint was the Window was NOT locked and anyone could have pushed open the window and climbed into the room. Their staff show check and lock all windows on the first floor.

experience was amazing I also love the fact that I could just go down to the lobby and purchase some snacks if I want it instead of walking or driving to the 7-Eleven down the road The staff was amazing even the security showed their presence, which was great because you really sometimes don’t see that as often
