We had wonderful stay at hotel. Amazing view from our balcony. Very clean. Restaurant and Spa staff provided excellent service. Ladies at front desk were excellent with explaining about the room and property. A lady concierge was alaways available to helps with the restaurant reservation and getting us Taxi.
A front desk guy needs some additional training to be polite to his customers and maybe little smile will help. He was asking if we want to pay the tip for receptionist. We never heard of this tipping in USA. I believe the our cost to hotel should cover their tips and bonuses.
I would definitely recommend that hotel should provide the morning and early evening shuttles with free of cost.

The hotel was nice but the transportation was horrible. They have a golf service that would take about 40 mins to get you and they kept saying 5 minutes. Even when they would call for taxis it would take forever. The cleaning service was great the hotel was nice but for the amount of money we paid it should be top notch. And if you’re trying to get to the city area the taxi fares were all different …

What a great hotel. We loved the beach and swimming. The more formal lunch place was divine. The best grilled fish. Overall incredible experience.

Didn’t a 4 stop trip through Greece & Italy and this was the best hotel of our stay. AMAZING hotel from top to bottom. The hotel staff was super accommodating and the room was gorgeous! I want to come back to Greece just to stay at Saint John!

Superb Hotel , but what a Shame Swimming pool and Jacuzzi have freezing sea water!!
Spent a week with out swimming !!
You search for ice when you put a finger in the water, too bad , everything else was perfect , but will never come back to St John because of that matter, does not deserve it’s 5* Stars at all

As it’s Mykonos, it’s on a hillside. Tons of steps . My wife has vision issues and found the lack of handrails at steps and even at the pools very stressful .

As it’s Mykonos, it’s on a hillside. Tons of steps . My wife has vision issues and found the lack of handrails at steps and even at the pools very stressful .

Absolutely beautiful hotel. I would definitely return. It is situated in a quiet spot on Mykonos and was a welcome respite! Drinks are expensive, but then the whole of the island is pretty much, good airport transfer for €10 each way (shared). Room was stunning (had sea view), though coffee machine could have been better (no spoons provided which was a a minor inconvenience), comfy bed (pillows could have been better, they were quite 'inflated' and not very pliable, but this is of course subjective). Other than that, all good. TV not up to much channel wise, but no issue really there, with just a few channels to choose from. I didn't eat in the restaurants there, as was travelling alone so ordered on Wolt (which is almost like Uber Eats) during my stay. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Nice sunbeds around the pool and on the small private beach area, really comfy cushions! The hotel could be a bit restrictive for anyone with mobility issues, as you need to take either 2/3 lifts down to the beach, or walk ramps/stairs. Spa not great, facility wise. I did have a massage which was nice but the spa area has seen better days and could do with upgrading.

Great property, great people working there. Only issue was I paid for the deluxe room, but originally got the regular room. Please watch for this situation when checking into this hotel. I had to fight with the front desk multiple times to get WHAT I PAID FOR. They pretended that the regular room was what I paid for even though the pictures and description was different.

The property was beautiful! We had such an amazing time! The reception was very helpful, all the staff were very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be staying here again when i go back to Greece.
